Couldn’t put a bad word about these guys at all, absolutely fantastic from the moment of first contact through to the end result, the workmanship is absolutely perfect and I will be contacting these again for further works.

I’ve been using the services of B & B construction for the last 6/7 years and have had them come round to work on various garden projects for us. Their level of professionalism, excellent work ethics, high Quality of work has remained consistent. Andy really takes each project to his pride and delivers the best. We’ve not come across another construction company like this. If you want someone reliable - we highly recommend using B & B !

B & B Property Services Ltd were introduced to us by my insurers case manager and they are a company we had never heard of before and working in the construction as well left us a little concerned about them and if what we were reading was in fact true by all the positive comments given about them. Well all that has been written so far is a very true account about Andy and the teams they have working for them. They have so far completed stage one of the alteration and stage two will be starting in four weeks time and true to his word you are kept informed when work will start when teams will be on site and who, but everyone who is on site is a pleasure to have working here. My situation is slightly different as the alterations being done to to alter my house to accommodate my new disabilities while I am still attending hospital for operation and still sleeping downstairs while Andy and his team work and work around me in the lounge where I sleep. They have ensured my bed and all medical items are protected from dust and all waste. Nothing has been to much trouble for them to accommodate my needs. We are looking forward in getting them back to get the next stage completed and out of the way but will use them again for the rest of the works that will be required in the future.

We chose Andy at B&B because they had all the skills to replace our bathroom ceiling, decorate and fit a walk on shower. Andy set up a WhatsApp group which kept us informed and also let us speak directly to skilled tradesman used by Andy. I came accross B & B after seeing numerous high quality projects on social media. I approached the company to see if they needed carpenters and I was greeted with open arms. B & B Property Services showed the highest level of customer service and professionalism. Helping us to find the right flooring that suited not only our colour scheme but our style as well.

We were told it would take them 2 full days to do all flooring in the house but they were willing to work earlier so that the flooring could be done sooner and we could move in.

Our original builder let us down and kept us in the dark for 4 months with our deposit money. Finally, after getting our money back we contacted Andy and the work started immediately. We had a job that was on stand still for year done in 2 weeks. I would highly recommend Andy and his team as they were brilliant, hard working and efficient. We couldn't be any happier with our new patio area. Our children are growing up & we wanted an adult area for socialising with friends & family. B&B have been amazing!! They are very thorough and very reliable from start to finish. The lads were great & always left the area clean & tidy after completing each day. Great communication & Andy always kept us informed with updates & equipment arrival times/dates. Absolutely no problems at all👌🏻 they are also very trustworthy as we were away a couple of the days, with no issues at all. Would definitely recommend them!!
