Superb

Good quality merchandise and superb customer service. A few minor issues with the delivery dates, but the customer service representative soon addressed it. They were really friendly and really helpful.

Poor communication don't reply when…

Poor communication don't reply when they say they are going to item missing when arrive took over 2 weeks to get sorted wish I got from supplier not this company

Not impressed so far

Not impressed so far. Customer service is shocking; online portal they don’t reply, email communication has taken 8 hours so far following being told they are ‘chasing’ my order for me. If we don’t hear soon when our delivery will be will be cancelling the order.

Excellent experience!

Excellent experience!
Order picked and packed and sent to the courier within hours of ordering, meaning I received my order next day! Very impressed.

Bambinos & beyond have been fantastic

Bambinos & beyond have been fantastic. From visiting the store and showing us a different range of prams and answering any questions via email instantly. Making our process really smooth. They kept us up to date with delivery and when the delivery was so smooth. Overall we had a fantastic journey getting our pushchair and other items. Will definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff

Bad communication

Ordered an item in September which said 7-10 working days delivery, constantly had to contact them as I was receiving no contact or updates. The item took over 2 months to arrive after me chasing them for all that time. Wouldn’t recommend. The company really needs to up the communication. If I was kept in the know it wouldn’t have been half as bad.
