Ordered arm bands, pool noodles & pool toys for my little boy. All arrived packaged excellently & included a little bag of sweets. Quick delivery & lovely items. Order 83327.

Bonds boys 4 pack Briefs underwear age 6-8 My Grand son loves these pants think this is the only place Bambinista that you can get them at a reasonable price. All came nicely packed with a bag of sweets Delivery was vey quick though Evir delivered it after 9pm which I felt was rather late . Order no 83272

I returned my parcel as it was the wrong colour, paid out my own money to return (as they don’t “supply return labels”). Still to this day (weeks later), no one is ever at the property to accept the return, they haven’t even attempted to get the return “redelivered”. They then ignore emails. Happy to take your money but when they have to issue a full return, there’s radio silent! Very unfair and disgusting when people have put trust and faith into your “small business”. 24 hours and I’ll be seeking legal advice, trading standards etc.

I ordered a stroller on July 26th.
I paid delivery on July 27th. Today is August 9th, and the order still hasn't shipped. I do not knew it took so long to order.
I'll wait another 2 days, if they don't send it, I'll apply for a refund. I'm upset.

Great communication between me and customer service and understanding shipping delays. The stroller is beautiful I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

I ordered a sun shade for our push chair for holiday back on the 14th May, site stated delivery within 2-3 working days. No sun screen has arrived, and we have now had to get a cheap one from Amazon which doesn’t fit properly as on holiday now. No communication of a delay, and feel completely let down. After contacting Evri some myself, I have found out the product has not even been shipped! very disappointed!

Ordered two Cars wondersuits for my car mad nephew and his new baby brother. Delighted with these little wondersuits. One of the was very big so initially wanted to return it but in the end decided to keep hold of the bigger size. Communication was great and items arrived within the expected time scale.

I ordered a Moses basket on the premises of it being delivered within 2-3 working days. 5 days later, no Moses basket and no communication of a delay. After doing some digging myself, I have found out the product has not even been shipped! No communication from the store itself and I am very disappointed in its lack of customer service.

I ordered a Moses basket on 2nd May. I have had to chase via emails and calls with little to no contact or replies to try and find out where my purchase is. Which is a gift for someone. They have finally told me it would be dispatched but had no update or tracking when I have asked AGAIN. Poor service, poor communication. Still not received the item.

Lovely online shop! I finally found a stroller in a color I couldn’t find anywhere in Germany. Whenever I had questions, the support team was always helpful, quick, and friendly. Highly recommended!

Found Bambinista years ago in London and it's now my go-to for online present shopping! Everything I have bought is of the highest quality and with such a big range it suits the ages of all the little ones in my life! Last order of the pull along Elphee was (#67540) was an absolute hit.

Buyer beware. Only buy what you are certain you want to keep. This is a small company and I wish I had read the many negative reviews before buying.

I bought two multipacks of Bonds kids underwear- they are expensive.

Immediately they arrived my teenager said they would not fit ( they are the same size as those bought last year).

The company would not accept immediate -same day- returns of the unopened multi packs.

The company wrote a really insincere and perfunctory email saying a return was not possible.

Obviously I understand there is a hygiene issue around sale of underwear but an immediate same day return of a sealed unopened package should be possible.

Also it was so patently insincere. It is clear the company are not interested in Customer Service or repeat business but only securing the sale.

There is not much I can do, I will accept a £30 loss, but I am posting this so that other buyers are warned.

Update
I feel bound to report that the company have been in touch with a polite email and apology for the appearance of insincerity, they have also revised their decision to permit a return and refund under the circumstances. It is brave to course-correct following an error and I appreciate these gestures.

PPS I updated my original review and star rating in the Update section above some time ago, as I wanted to be fair and acknowledge that the company had reached out to accept the return and make a refund and apologised for the original email tone. I also acknowledged that it is hard to reverse a decision and I appreciated it - which I did.

In response to the delayed reply from the company today I want to make clear that contrary to what they say I did return the underwear and I was not told I could keep it, either verbally or in writing.

I wish any small business especially one run by women every success. We reap what we sow.

They advertised the car seat with a discounted price. I placed an order with added shipping fees of $21. After order was confirmed, they sent me an invoice for additional $99 for large item shipping. They already knew car seats are large items. So, why not have the "shipping calculated" according to the location at the check out? It's shady business with false advertisement to attract customers by showing lower advertised price and turned around to send another invoice with additional charge.

By selling the items, they should already know the total weight of each individual item including the packaging. It should not be hard to get the exact shipping amount calculated by a system on the check out page. But invoicing a customer after paying for the total price shown is a shady business.
