I had a great experience with Baloo. Shipping had no issues, delivery was well-handled and I'm thrilled with the product itself.

I’m on an emotional regulation journey and self care is a priority. If that is also you, you need Baloo! The quality of the weighted blanket is exceptional. Perfect weight, soft, and genuinely calming in a way you can feel immediately.

What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Kind, responsive, and incredibly generous in handling my questions with ease and care. It felt like they truly cared about the customer experience, not just the product.

In a world where good service is rare, Baloo is a reminder of what it should be. I’m genuinely impressed and grateful.

I chose the replacement, and it arrived within a week.

On February 2, I purchased a weighted blanket as a gift with delivery to Cyprus. I paid more for the shipping than for the blanket itself, and as of today, I still have not received anything.

The tracking link provided shows that updates stopped on February 17, and there has been no movement since then.

I have contacted the company three times, but received no response. I also reached out to the delivery company, and they informed me that the issue must be resolved with the seller. However, the seller is completely ignoring my messages, and there has been no reply from the support email either.

At this point, I have effectively lost €337, which is unacceptable.

I kindly request that my case be resolved as soon as possible. Either issue a full refund or resend the blanket, ensuring that it is properly delivered this time.

High quality bedding and wonderful natural fabric weighted blankets!

I’ve been using a Baloo Living blanket for about a month now and honestly it’s been great—super comfortable, really well made, and the weight just feels right. After the first few nights I started sleeping deeper and waking up less, and it just has a really solid, high-quality feel overall.

I love the sheet set and weighted duvet; they feel very luxe. The shipping was fast, and the customer service is great! No issues.

I bought the 12 lb weighted throw with the duvet cover, and I honestly love it.
The weight feels even and calming, not heavy or uncomfortable at all. It helps me relax so much at night. I slept like a rock! I usually wake up in the middle of the night, and I’ve now slept through the night two nights in a row. That almost never happens for me. I was also surprised that it doesn’t feel hot. I tend to get warm when I sleep, but this throw is really comfortable. The duvet cover helps a lot, it’s soft and easy to wash.
The quality feels great overall, from the fabric to the stitching. It’s a really nice option if you want the feeling of a weighted blanket without using a full-size one.
I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something that helps you relax and sleep better. It arrived quickly, just two days(delivered to Texas).

I have been very impressed with the quality of the weighted blanket, and the weighted throw. I have a King sized one, on my bed - and a throw for my kids' beds. What has impressed me the most, is I have washed them (a lot) of times, and they still hold together, and work as well as the day I bought them. All of the "other" ones, that I have purchased, over the years, have all fallen apart, or leaked their beads (or weird stuffing stuff), and made a giant mess (plus I had to buy new ones). But the ones I have from baloo have held up. I love them, I truly do. (Side note, my son loves his "heavy blanket" as it helps him sleep better, and for me - I can't sleep without it (literally).)

I've tried a few weighted blankets but Baloo is by far the best! They also have awesome customer service!

I bought this blanket because I sleep hot and thought it would be a good fit for me. I got the 15lb smaller size which was too small. Exchanged it for the next size up which was the right size for me. Gave it a good try. Wanted to love it. My feet kept getting cold, and my body too warm. My wife had a different (cheaper) blanket that she had been using and loving so we switched for one night just to try. She had the same experience as I did with the Baloo blanket. And her blanket was much, much better than the Baloo blanket for literally 1/4 the price! I was warm but not too warm. My feet weren't cold. The weight helped me sleep. So.. I sadly made the decision to contact Baloo to return it but they informed me since I had previously exachanged it for a different size that I could no longer return it, even though I have had the blanket in my possession for less than a month! If you order this blanket, PROCEED WITH CAUTION and make extra sure that you are getting the size you need.

Five stars for fast delivery. Ordered the silk eye mask. Very poor quality. Not worth £80 at all.

The blanket is probably alright, but the shipping issues (other reviews mention them too) make the purchase not worthwhile. My order arrived late and both Baloo (frustrating!) and the shipper disclaimed any responsibility. They even claimed that the weather was to blame when the product was loaded onto the truck (in my city) on time on a perfectly sunny day.. it just spent the time riding around rather than being delivered.

Recently purchased the 9kg weighted comforter and I couldn't be happier. Have spent a lot of money on different weighted blankets, sleep aids etc and this has genuinely significantly improved my sleep. Whilst it might be a little on the more expensive side it is more than worth the price. If you're debating a weighted blanket purchase, just go with this one. Happily highly recommend.

I purchased a white weighted throw from Baloo Living. When it first arrived, I was impressed by the high quality packaging, and beautiful blanket. It looked well made with soft cotton fabric. I have never tried a weighted blanket previously, but was keen to try it, in the hope it would improve my sleep quality. After giving it a try on multiple occasions, I found it disturbed my sleep. It was difficult to move about or turn over in the night due to the weight. Also, I’ve just been advised to not have weight on my chest, due to a medical condition, which makes using the blanket difficult. So I decided, that unfortunately, I would have to return the blanket. I contacted Baloo to arrange a return (why don’t they just make life easier for the customer, and include a free return label???), and they emailed a few options, including offering approx half the money back in the form of store credit and to keep the blanket; or to return the blanket and they will issue a return postage label, but take £12.50 off the refund to cover the return. I’ve opted for the return, but five days later, haven’t heard back from them, so have no way of progressing the return. When emailing on 21 Feb, to chase a response on the return, I did not receive an automated response letting me know it’s Presidents Day in US that day (despite what Baloo’s response says below). I must say, I am really not impressed that they make it so difficult to return. For a premium brand such as Baloo Living, I would expect them to take care of their customers, and include free returns, that are no quibble and easy to initiate. It’s clear, they really don’t want you to return your blanket. I was truly hoping to love my weighted blanket and for it to make a positive impact on my sleep, but it sadly wasn’t the case. But I am left with a bad taste in my mouth after experiencing how difficult it is to return the blanket. I’m a UK customer, so I don’t know if this makes a difference. But I have sent numerous emails, and still no return label; this has taken up a huge amount of my time and energy, and resentfully, I will have to pay £12.50, for the privilege of this hideous returns experience. When Baloo did finally issue the return; they refunded the incorrect amount; hence more emails on my part to resolve AGAIN. I would suggest you are cautious ordering from this company unless you are certain these blankets will work for you.

Bought the king size but seems too small, not sure which way around it's supposed to go on the bed as both ways isn't ideal.

It's also very expensive and I get that it's natural materials but it does seem quite excessive for what it is.

Insane comfort. It weighs just enough to hold you in a hug. Here’s a real perk. It’s not hot whatsoever. I’m cool all night long. Buy one you will not regret it. The cotton is soft and durable.
