Absolute rubbish, out of a set of 2 for my sisters 80/th birthday, one balloon (the larger of the set) arrived deflated. Such a disappointment. I immediately tried to get in touch with Balloon Monkey on the telephone only to be advised that they “cannot answer the phone right now” and had to email them. This was 4pm on Friday afternoon (24th Feb). No reply by this morning 27th Feb, so tried ringing again, still same answer. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!!!

Well I have to say that I am now impressed in the way that my complaint has been dealt with following my comments above. Apparently my original email has not been received and to cut a long story short, the company has apologised and arranged for a replacement to be sent. So thank you for finally acting so speedily. A great response to sort things out.

First time using Balloon monkey - quality of the balloons are outstanding! Yes I appreciate its not cheap , but the smile on my Dads face opening a giant box on his birthday is priceless - thank you.

Also , I was a little nervous purchasing as I once used another balloon company and so disappointed by the quality . In contrast, balloons from balloon monkey are of amazing quality, arrive in great form and the delivery updates are excellent way to reassure your order is on its way and when !

Thank you Balloon Monkey company, your company and service was an excellent experience and genuinely made my Dads 75th birthday morning a wonderful one!

So glad I found Balloon Monkey. My daughter is studying in Oxford and I wanted to send her something for her 21st birthday but wasn’t sure how she would get a delivery. I loved that the balloons were delivered in a box. Received an email the morning of Feb 14 saying they would be delivered between 11-12. They were delivered in the timeframe. The balloons looked great and they are still up a week later.

Valentine Balloons sent to my Grandchildren and they were so excited to receive their special balloons, beautifully packaged with Heart confetti, snd s bar of chocolate…. Thoroughly recommend snd will be using fir adults too!

I’ve just used Balloon Monkey for about the 10th time and I keep coming back because every time I place an order my balloons are absolutely amazing. They are high quality, well packaged, delivered quickly and never, ever fail to make my recipient happy. This particular order was very specific so I emailed BM and really had to rely on them to make this order extra special. After dealing with the amazing Zoe yesterday, my order was delivered today and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The balloons cheered the recipient up no end and I am absolutely over the moon.

I placed my order on Sunday 5th Feb and it has been delivered today , Tuesday 7th Feb at 9.30am. Really happy with purchase and delivery - easy to order, good value in comparison to other websites and I was able to track delivery without any problems

I bought a happy birthday balloon for my wife on the 24th of November, which she absolutely loved, but amazingly as of today the 6/2/23 it is still standing, we are now keeping the balloon just out of sheer curiosity as to how long it will last before it deflates.

Brilliant service from start to finish arrived on time made my mum's 80th birthday special

Ordered 5 balloons for a Christmas surprise, they arrived on the day I requested but unfortunately the main feature balloon was on the floor the morning after they arrived.
I emailed Chloe who was very apologetic and had a replacement feature balloon dispatched the same day! It was delivered the next day (20th December) in perfect condition and is still flying today, 28th January!!! Absolutely brilliant service!! Highly recommended!!

Balloon Monkey were completely fantastic. I submitted a request to delay my order by a couple of days, and they responded within the hour, sent me a new confirmation email and rescheduled immediately to my requested date. The balloons arrived first thing in the morning on the day I had asked for, they were huge and perfect and my friend was ecstatic. They stayed up well all night. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. The company is great - I can see from reviews below that any issues are with their delivery company.

UDDATE:
The company got in touch and they were lovely and understanding. They kindly refunded the order immediately, and gave us a voucher for £35 for future use. It was the courier company that messed everything up, they sent order to wrong depot. This courier company lets this company down, as I can see that they strive to give the best service possible, and responded to my issue with professionalism and good business integrity.

APPALLING!! Pre ordered balloons for my daughter’s 21st birthday..they failed to arrive, despite being messaged day before they had been dispatched.. tracked DPD showed they are still sat in the depot!!! I spent over £30 and no balloons!! My daughter has special needs and this is hugely important and upsetting for her. Shame on you !!!. I have emailed you twice, and no response!! I will be chasing for a refund ASAP.. Disgusted and very disappointed ..

Great service from Chloe & Zoe. My step daughters ops got delayed and they were able to halt the delivery. They allowed a re-schedule date and all was delivered quite promptly. Balloon looks good and good inflation as well. As I am in Scotland and step daughter is in England thank you so much ladies for helping me out in a prompt delivery of my BIG HUG balloon

I'd ordered balloons to be received on Wednesday and when I'd not had a response from the recipient by Friday I tracked the order and found that it had been returned. I had used the wrong address! I was so upset. I messaged Balloom Monkey to see what could be done. They responded within the hour to say they will send out a new order immediately and they arrived the following day. Balloons arrived looking lovely. I was so impressed with how they handled my situation.

Came on time great balloon packaged brilliant very pleased will use again for birthdays etc

First review: Balloon delivered promptly and looked amazing. However it deflated within about 6 hours, before I could give it as part of a gift. Feels like I wasted my money.

Second review: After I wrote the above review, I also contacted their customer services. To their credit, the help I got was fantastic, especially 4 days before Christmas. They acknowledged the balloon deflating prematurely was not great, but offered to send a replacement immediately. They paid for overnight courier delivery, and sent not one but two balloons at no cost to myself. I was really pleased at their response, as it meant that even if one more deflated, I could still use the other one in my gift. I'm really glad they thought of that because overnight one of the new ones did actually deflate. The one that remained looked perfect, and the person I gave it to thought it looked amazing. However, it still means that 2 out of 3 balloons they sent me deflated within a few hours. I can't fault their customer service though - ultimately I don't care about the issue, I care about how they dealt with it, and Balloon Monkey shows how good customer service can make a difference.

Appalling Service - I ordered a 'named day' delivery at a premium for my daughter's birthday well in advance which did not arrive. I contacted them immediately (failed by phone as they do NOT pick up), used email 3 times over the course of 3 days of it not arriving. Not a single response received and will not stop pursuing for a refund. Balloons arrived over 3 days later at a hotel where my daughter had then checked out - basically balloons ordered for the bin - disgusted and will never use them and hope no-one else does. Businesses that cannot deliver the service they claim to offer who then fail to respond should not be able to get away with it.
