Balgores Leasing Anmeldelser

Great company to deal with very helpful and friendly staff, this is the second vehicle I have leased from them and won’t be the last

Everyone I've dealt with at Balgores has been extremely helpful - first class service. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Having had the pleasure of dealing with our business fleet for the past 2 and a half years before handing it over to someone else as it had gotten too big of a job to manage as well as my actual job, I can say with confidence that the team at Balgores are exceptional at what they do.
They have dug me out of many a hole when we have needed new vehicles at very short notice. They have done everything they could to make life easier, knowing that I was usually very busy, and have always gotten us the best deals going, tweaked things to get them to the pricepoint I needed, or offered alternative solutions when what I was asking for was not deliverable.

Andrew, Katie, Treena and Josie have all bent over backwards to get me lists, information, chase delivery and lead times and help with whatever I need
They're a really great team and have a fab sense of humor too! Often having to deal with me ringing with daft questions or asking the impossible!

Whilst I don't miss having to manage a large fleet of vehicles anymore, I do miss the conversations with the team that looked after us!

Easiest car purchase/lease deal I've ever done. From start to finish all was very helpful and speedy. Even with the installation of the charging point was organised and installed quickly.

The young lad that delivered the vehicle, called to let me know that he would be arriving in the next 45 minutes and as promised he was at the front door, with our new car. The vehicle had some road dirt on it, which was noted in the delivery report and a thorough check was done. He showed me the basics of the controls, then I gave him a lift to the train station.

The customer service was great, the advisors were all brilliant and lots of little personal touches that made our conversation so much more pleasurable.

Very smooth handover from old car to new car

As always with Balgores the service was spot on. Extremely helpful in coming to the decision of which car and seamless from that point to car delivery. Great company.

Very Helpful as always, smooth process.

I just renewed my lease and taken a VW ID3, my first electric car. This is my fourth car with Balgores Leasing and every new and change over is seamless and without problem
With thanks to Andrew Milliken with help selecting what I needed and Katie Rae for all the e mails and admin Just to say the VW drives beautifully (still trying to work out all the settings on the infotainment!! lol ) Thanks to all Chris H

It was such an easy process

Professional friendly service, efficient too.

A friend recommended Balgores to me, as they have always used your company. and cannot praise it enough, I was happy to try as I’ve never leased before, Andrew was very helpful and even found a better deal for me, they are a very good company, thanks to my friend.👍

Made my first leasing experience so easy . Would definitely use again.

I have used Balgores twice and they have always gone above and beyond to help meet my needs. When the car was delivered I had follow-up calls to make sure everything was OK with the vehicle and was I happy with the delivery, no issues.
Fantastic service

Leasing my VW ID.3 from Balgores Leasing was a fantastic experience. The entire process was seamless and hassle-free. The team was knowledgeable, helping me choose the right options for my needs and clearly explaining everything about leasing an electric vehicle.

Delivery was well-coordinated, and they kept me informed every step of the way. I was especially impressed with their transparent pricing—no hidden fees or unexpected costs. The VW ID.3 itself is a joy to drive—smooth, quiet, and packed with great features.

I highly recommend Balgores Leasing to anyone looking to lease a vehicle, especially an EV like the VW ID.3. Their service is top-notch, and they made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.

What a service so professional and helped me through the process. Steve and Kayleigh were very informative of my options.

Easy process from ordering to delivery. I have received my new car without any fuss at all. Staff very helpful and kept us updated as to progress of order and delivery. Would definitely use again.

I have had a great experience with Mark and Treena it went really smooth and I really appreciate the effort and time they put in.
Thank you both.
