Since starting BrainMatter CALM & COGNITIVE only a couple of weeks or so ago, I’ve really noticed a difference in my sleep. My sleep quality has improved hugely, I sleep much deeper and barely wake up. Prior to taking it, I would wake many times during the night. Plus I feel more energised each morning. I’ve also noticed my anxiety has lessened, but the real test will be when I’m further on in my menstrual cycle, as this is when my anxiety is heightened. I’m enjoying my journey with BrainMatter and am looking forward to noticing more positive changes the longer I take the capsules. I have only recently upped my dosage to 2 of each a day and will review again once I’ve been taking the capsules for a longer period of time. I’ve been taking Brain Matter Calm & Cognitive tablets for the past week now and already noticing a difference! I genuinely love these products. Not only do they use clean, natural ingredients, with cognitive I’m less foggy in the morning and can actually focus when I need to, I’m an entrepreneur, I’m studying and I’m working in the NHS so looking after my mind is a massive benefit to looking after not only myself but everyone around me, if I’m not at my best, I can not provide.
