The worst solicitors to date
The worst solicitors to date, case has been going on for over 3 years, they don't know how to keep you up to date, they don't know how to communicate, absolute shambles. I contact them weekly, to be told I will be emailed or contacted, I get nothing, I am constantly having to chase them for any sort of update, avoid at all costs and do your research on a good firm.

HAD PROBLEMS WITH RETURN OF VEHICLE TO CAR SUPERMARKET.
Baker Hardman and in particular Mr Qasim Nassar dealt with my issue efficiently and he was very pro active in his approach managing to secure the return of the vehicle and my full money back (even though they wanted to make deductions) from both the finance company and car supermarket in a timely manner. Excellent service overall and would definitely recommend this firm and Mr Nassar in particular.
They get the job done 5 stars.

Karolina was incredibly helpful
My case was a very long and drawn out one, in part due to COVID and also because I had previously been using another insurance firm which went into administration. I was transferred to Baker Hardman solicitors in August 2022, from which point Karolina was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Her job was not made easy by the previous firm who did not maintain adequate records, nor by the defendants solicitors who continually ignored our attempts at correspondence. That being said I did find the whole experience quite stressful and daunting as I had never claimed for anything before and I think some more communication would have been really helpful. Overall I would definitely recommend their services.

The handler I had was unhelpful, arrogant and tried to bully me…
The handler I had was unprofessional and hung the phone up on me. 7 months after the accident he still had not requested the police report. He has constantly phoned me to push me to take an offer of £2,500 - £3,000 even although I had to be rescued from my car by firemen taken out the car in a body and neck brace. I was sitting at traffic lights and a car came from cycle lane and crashed me into two other vehicles. They admitted liability. I wanted to go to court as I felt it was reasonable to ask for £5,000 as it took months for my injuries to heal but he said I would have to pay the legal fees and may get less. I was very dissatisfied with the service I have had from this company. The handler (Sarf) said he would get his manager to email me a month ago still waiting. He said he would get his manager to phone me still waiting. Please, please do not use this company as they are very unhelpful and inefficient. They hound people and bully them to do what they say and talk over you. His excuse for hanging up the phone on me was to say I was not listening to him. He sent me the offer I refused in October again in March. I am disgusted with the quality of service I received and would urge people to run a mile from this company. My case after 8 months is still unresloved.

They're ambulance chasers
They're ambulance chasers.
They somehow got hold of my contact details following a road traffic accident. Their "Aftercare Team" (who are call handlers for Baker Hardman) then gave me the impression that they're above board in their business practises when they contacted me. They then got as much information about me and the other driver involved in the accident as they could. They then tried to encourage me to state that I'm experiencing injuries following the accident and that I would probably receive compensation between £1,500 and £2,500 (depending on where the injury was). No injuries - no money for them of course. They then tried to pressurise me into signing a very lengthy online legal document (even before I had a chance to read it). They kept up the pressure by constantly 'phoning me to check whether I had signed the form yet, and offering to help me sign the form.
If you get a call from these people, end the call quickly and speak with your insurance company for verification of who asked them to contact you, there's a chance it wasn't your insurance company.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Very unprofessional approach
I've had terrible experience with those solicitors, right after incident I've received phone call that defendant is willing to pay compensation and that within 8-12 weeks it should all be complete, however by the end of that period I've received an ugly letter blaming me for lack of communication and that they cease to deal with my claim, after a phone call to them I've heard that there is a lack of evidence and no damage to motorcycle, however I've got CCTV footage, pictures and 2 witnesses. This wasn't enough and they didn't even admit defeat just send nasty letter and abandoned the case without further explanation or even contact. Very disappointed

I would definitely recommend using this firm. Karolina dealt with my claim effectively and went above and beyond to ensure that it was settled fairly. I required physiotherapy and she found a practitioner for me promptly, to ensure I was treated in a timely manner. She communicated with me on a regular basis to keep me updated with the progress of my claim. I am extremely satisfied with the result and cannot thank Karolina and the team enough for making the experience as smooth and painless as possible.
