Baker Ashley Solicitors Anmeldelser

Andrew and Debi helped me in the process of buying my house . Had issues with previous solicitors with contact and information. Had no issues with these and everything was prompt and clear . Do recommend.

I had a great experience working with Baker Ashley for my employment law matter. From the start, they were professional, clear, and highly supportive. They guided me through the entire process with patience, ensuring I understood every step. Communication was always prompt, and they made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to handle.

I truly appreciated their attention to detail and dedication to securing the best possible outcome for me. I would highly recommend Baker Ashley to anyone in need of employment law advice.

The service offered by Baker Ashley extended over longer than a year due to two collapsed purchaser chains and procrastination on the part of the eventual purchaser. I was kept informed at every stage of proceedings, both by email, 'phone calls and through the online portal. Staff demonstrated great patience in dealing with endless questions from the other side and charges were very reasonable.

We had exceptional service from Baker Ashley from start to finish of our remortgage. They were exceptionally quick with responses and got us to the finish line. Special mention to Andrew Meadows who was always on hand to answer our questions. Will definitely use their services again and would definitely recommend them!

I wish to express my gratitude to the team at Baker Ashley that were involved with the purchase of my home.
In my experience both Natalie and in particular Andie are consummate professionals and are excellent representatives of the company.
Andie patiently answered my questions with pleasant humour and all but eliminated any stress associated with the purchase.
Updates were prompt and frequent - first contact to keys in my hand was six weeks, this entirely down to Andie and the team.
I highly recommend this company and would use their services should I require in the future.

The best! Great communication throughout. We had Debi & Andrew and were super throughout, always getting back to me quickly without having to chase. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Used 2 other conveyancers previously, one was average - still having to constantly chase and the others were awful. If I move again, would definitely come back to Baker Ashley.

Well, the first convencer we were given did not work out, however the firm quickly realised this and swapped us to Kerry and Michelle, as soon as Kerry took over our account things got better immediately and we found her empathetic and supportive. Our sale was fraught with mishaps and general uselessness by the estate agents but Kerry brought us through and we completed yesterday

absolutely fantastic service from Kerry , Michelle and the team - have used Baker Ashley before and have always had a first class service - excellent communication, great value and if you are looking for a conveyancer - stop looking , you have found the best highly recommend Baker Ashley AAAAAA++++++

Thanks to Baker Ashley, acquiring our first home was very smooth. Debi was efficient and Andrew was a massive legend, always communicating with me and ensuring that I knew what was going on. Will be using them again.

Baker Ashley Conveyancing is rare thing in this day and age: a genuine bargain. Their fees represent some of the best value in the market, and their service is solid, reliable and courteous. When occasion demanded they went the extra mile, staying at work into the evening to complete a deal at no extra cost. What more could anyone ask?

Highly recommend
Lisa did a fantastic job , very efficient
Can’t fault them at all

Excellent service throughout, good price, easy to contact, always someone available to answer questions, good communication and regular updates. Would definitely recommend. Many thanks to Kerry and Michelle in particular

Debi and Andrew did a fantastic job at keeping me in the picture with my very long winded house move, at all times. They were prompt with responses, understanding, patient and extremely efficient. I would highly recommend them. Thank you so much for everything. Annabelle

Instructed these guys through conveyancing index. Reviews seemed relatively good. Maybe I just got the bad colleagues ? I'm.not sure but I'm almost 5 months into a basic transfer of equity.

The hoowla app they use is all but useless without them updating it. They ignore your multiple emails asking for an update weeks apart. I'm absolutey appaled at the service I'm currently receiving. Last email I received was "update you later today" 6 days have no passed with no update.

I would strongly advise you look else where for your legal work/advice.

My case is still on going and despite emailing and calling they don't seem to care about the experience they deliver to the clients. Never again.

We recently managed to finally get our dream home! Neither our sale or purchase was straight forward but with the help of Baker Ashley we managed to get there. Special thanks to Joanne and Nikki for all your help and hard work!
Nikki Kiss was extremely kind and helpful and always available to answer questions, problem solve and help us to understand the process. Nikki and Joanne both did everything they could to help us get over the line before our mortgage offer expired! We can’t thank you enough, highly recommended.

Some aspects of the service were really really great, and a solid five stars - David who heads up the team there is superb in every respect. However, along the way I had three (four?) other solicitors on my file, one of which was great (but was only on my file for a short while), and the others were more mixed, one was poor. I would definitely use the firm again but for this specific transaction it’s four stars rather than five for me.

My experience of working with Baker Ashley has been exceptional. I came to them with a very complex case and the advise provided was very clear, pragmatic and robust. The presentation of my case far exceeded my expectations. The specialist employment team have demonstrated extensive knowledge, skill and strategy in their approach. I am very grateful for all the advice and guidance they have provided to me. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing. 100% recommend Baker Ashley. My solicitor Kerry was so efficient and responded to all my endless emails promptly.

I cannot recommend Damian and Hayley enough. They were efficient, effective and excellent in all aspects. They made the house buying and selling process so much easier to go through. And Baker Ashley is definitely good value for money!!

I was directed to Baker Ashley through fix my legals. This was the first time buying a house on my own so it was very daunting, but it didn’t need to be as I was supported and kept in the loop the whole time from Kerry. I was anxious due to them not being local to me but I got regular updates via email and everything was dealt with quickly and I went from making an offer on September 14th to getting the keys November 1st!
I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
