Really enjoyed my umrah thanks to Baitullah Travels. Sonia the booking rep for the company was with me from start to finish, it was such a relief to know someone was there throughout my journey. The company can cater for all your needs, just ask them while booking. The car transfers were amazing, clean, spacious cars for each destination. Horrible experience please avoid brothers and sisters, they don’t care about your experience just do so much to convince you to book and once they have your money they are not bothered. I paid in full 4 months before my journey and specifically said I want my visas all sorted a month before so I can rest assured before travelling, the person who I dealt with was the most rude and horrific guy called farhaj, he did not care about how to speak to customers and just said stuff like’ I told you’ you will get it so what’ I needed up having to resend all my details over and over again to them felt like I forced them to get my visa done only couple days before I had to fly was soo frustrating and dealing with the most rude person did not help and refused to even answer my call or messages. I wrote a review just before I was due to fly out and was then contacted by someone who shocked me with comment. he said ‘was that comment you?, I said yes that was and honest review, he replied with saying ‘ I suggest you remove that review if you want your visas and want to travel’ I was shocked and soo appalled. I did remove it as I paid in full and was worried these people are trying to do me over. I have completed my journey to umrah, the hotel the booked for me I was told was excellent it was not it was disgusting and filthy. I ended up having a day less than I was supposed to in Makkah and they charged me for a day more than I stayed there, they really did rip me off.I would not recommend anyone to use this company. Please don’t you will regret it.

Very reasonable price .all travel exactly on time .I must mention jordon air for their efficiency too .local transport in saudia was absolutely perfect .arrangements were made perfectly well in advance .possibly the best hotels .mins walking distance from holy places .

Went for umrah in Jan 2024 with my family 6 people hafiz yasir gave me a very good and professional service and had no issue with anything had private transport included and the price was very good and reasonable

Booked this trip with the help of Yasir Hafiz and it was amazing. Having never been to Saudi before, we were slightly nervous about getting around however Yasir was helpful as he explained the process, completed all the paperwork/ visas, organised all the transport from airports as well as from Makkah to Madinah. It was wonderful experience and InshaAllah we hope to visit again. We would definitely recommend and use his services again.

I had a terrible experience with Baitullah Travel, managed by Times Travel Ltd. (Reg No. 01813409). I booked Emaar Al Khalil Hotel in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with a £50 deposit using my credit card. However, issues arose when settling the remaining balance.

Despite their website stating credit card payments are accepted (https:// www.baitullahtravel .co.uk/ payment-security.html), they claimed otherwise, raising concerns about transparency and reliability. Despite my insistence on credit card payment, they demanded a bank transfer or cash.

After expressing concerns, travel consultant from Baitullah Travel requested an email for a refund but later reneged on the promise. Baitullah Travel has refused to refund the £50 deposit, displaying a lack of accountability and customer service.

It is disheartening to note that the travel consultant, travel consultant from Baitullah Travel , explicitly mentioned in our WhatsApp conversation that they are aware of how to challenge reviews. His statement, "Okay no problem, you can do that, we know very well how to defend, thanks," adds a concerning dimension to my experience with Baitullah Travel

I strongly discourage booking with Baitullah Travel or any associated with Times Travel Ltd due to their lack of transparency, contradictory policies, and unprofessional behaviour. Avoid the headache and choose a more reputable travel agency for Makkah accommodations.

Habib has been as absolute star in arranging our trip for Umrah.
He made sure we got what we wanted every step of the way.
He booked the hotels we wanted which were walking distance to Haraam in both Makkah and Madinah.
He constantly messages to find out how we were during our trip. Communication with Habib was excellent as he was always available when needed and ready to help.
I am so happy with his service that I have actually booked for Umrah trip for my mum and sibling through him.

Omar Raza organised and arranged our booking for us. He was very efficient and gave us lots of different option choices which we then chose from. They fitted our required dates perfectly alhamdulillah. Our overall Umrah experience was brilliant. The hotels were good and within walking distance of the mosque which made the access to the mosque easy and accessible especially since we had elders with us, this was really useful. For our Ziarat’s, the drivers got in contact with us when we got to our locations on the correct dates and we made arrangements with them regarding dates and times etc. They were very good and very informative throughout the drive and told us the significance of each site. It was good to have a private transfer just for our group. We were collected to and from the airport which was also very convenient alhamdulillah. Omar was available whenever we had any questions or concerns and answered us promptly when we needed him. Very grateful to him for organising our Umrah. Omar’s contact number is 02037458045

We booked tickets with the Agent, who offered a discount in exchange for a positive Trustpilot review. Initially, everything went smoothly—receipts for hotels and taxis were provided. However, on the last day, we were unexpectedly asked for an extra £500, citing a contract clause about potential price increases. Despite paying the full amount, we couldn't seek a refund when the price surged. Upon arrival in Saudi Arabia, our hotel and taxi reservations were canceled, forcing us to scramble for alternatives. Agent failed to provide my mum's visa as agreed. When my father left a negative review, Agent threatened legal action, claiming his company's dissolved status seemed dubious. Despite assurances, it appears the company engages in deceptive practices, contrary to Agens claims. As a single woman, taking my parents on their first Umrah, Agent tactics left me feeling confused and vulnerable. Despite his promises, the experience turned sour. The unexpected £500 demand and subsequent challenges with reservations, coupled with the threat of legal action for a negative review, have added unnecessary stress to what should have been a meaningful journey for my disabled parents.

Alhamdullilah what an amazing experience. Muhammad Moiz made it so easy and everything ran so smoothly. The brother could tell this was my first time booking umrah. He made sure everything was taken care off, from visa’s to flights accommodation. I could not recommend him enough, even a few members of my family have booked. As this was my first time I was nervous and anxious. But alhamdullilah Allah made it easy for me and Muhammad made sure I had nothing to worry about, hotel was so close by, and even Swiss hotel upgraded us to a kaba view room.

I engaged with Baitullqh travel for a travel booking that included a 5-star hotel stay with breakfast and a taxi service. Initially, everything seemed promising, and I provided a positive review as requested to secure a discount. However, the situation took a drastic turn when, a day before my flight, I received a call from the agent demanding an additional payment of £500 under the threat of canceling my reservations.

This not only caused severe distress but also led to the cancellation of the taxi and hotel, leaving me stranded upon arrival in Jeddah. Despite my attempts to seek assistance from the British Embassy, I was informed that the company had been dissolved in 2019, leaving me with no recourse.

The entire ordeal resulted in unexpected expenses and a significant breach of trust. I am sharing this experience on your platform to alert fellow users about the unprofessional conduct of [Agent/Company Name] and to request a thorough review and investigation into their practices.

First time booking with this company. A personal thanks to Moiaz for arranging all packages it was really helpful as we had so many changes but he was very patient and help every step of the way. He was even helpful when it came to payments as there was issues with making payments to clear invoice. All hotels were brilliant. Once again a brilliant service with its personal touch.
