Do not buy from this business. The outfits are of such bad quality. The material and work are cheap. The customer service is terrible. No responses. No accountability.

Extremely disappointed with the service and quality.
I purchased four dresses, and all of them arrived damp and had an unpleasant odor. The material felt cheap and did not match the quality I expected, especially considering the high price I paid. To make matters worse, none of the dresses fit properly. When I reached out to express my concerns and request assistance, the company stopped responding entirely. This level of service is unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

Do not buy from Bahirah. They do not responding back to any communication. At the beginning they were very nice and helpful. Once I have recieved the outfits there were so many problems. I spent 1000 pounds on 4 outfits for my sisters wedding. The material is horrible, it was an AIK designer and the label did not have that it had Bahirah. The clothes came to be damp and it stank. They do not eepsond back to any messages and dont explain themselves. They misled and they're not giving a refund back. Honestly do not buy from there

Please save your money and shop elsewhere. I can understand that pictures may slightly vary but I was not expecting a dress so different and cheap looking. The stitching, the work, the dress as a whole looked a joke. £200 might not sound much for a dress to some but what I received was not worth £20 let alone £200. Save your money and ask to see a real version which I can assure you they won’t do.

If I could give them negative stars I would. This is the absolute worst company I’ve ever ordered from and I highly highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. I ordered from them January 26 and paid extra to get the dress custom sized and gave exact measurements. I get the dress in the mail on March 8, I try it on and it isn’t sized correctly so I use my measuring tape to send them detailed photos with the measuring tape on top to show this is not what I asked for. They said okay we’ll forward this to our tailors. After that, absolutely no response from them even after I repeatedly messaged to ask for updates. Didn’t get any response back until May 13. They said okay send the dress back we’ll refund shipping for you (I sure as hell wasn’t gonna pay for shipping when it was THEIR fault!). To ship it back to Pakistan where they want the dress it’s $288. I messaged them this on June 3 and have had to message multiple times since then, it is June 13 today and still no reply. I haven’t gotten a reply from them and it’s been a whole month since they wanted me to return the dress. The lack of cooperation and willingness to fix THEIR mistake is not okay.

This was my first time purchasing an expensive suit. I ordered a Hussain rehar suit for Eid and it came exactly like the picture and had all of the detailings in the picture too. Was definitely my most favourite outfit I’ve ever worn and I will definitely be back to order more suits from bahirah once wedding season hits

My order came in time for Eid and it’s beautiful. I needed custom tailoring and was stitched perfectly and fits perfectly too. Communication has been promt and always answered any questions I had

Ordered an outfit which arrived very poorly stitched. Embellishments falling off and there was a stain on the back!! Tried contacting them 3 times and didn’t receive a response. Save your money and go elsewhere

I paid extra for priority shipping. It came 2 weeks after it was intended too. When the dress finally arrived it was completely different to what I ordered. None of my emails got responded too. They also have WhatsApp as form of communication and they state they will take up to 48hrs to respond, but my messages was still ignored 4 days later. I would recommend buying from this website again

Thank you for such great service and delivering my order in time. The design is absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I had envisioned. Definitely recommend trying out Bahirah for wedding clothes :)

I placed an order on 22 April 22 I paid for priority which is advertised as 2 to 3 weeks. My original date was 15 in May. Which was not met. I then requested a date of 28 May. So I could have my outfit delivered before my friend’s wedding. However today is 29 May and I have not received my outfit and after multiple communications via email WhatsApp and Instagram DM I have received no update on my order or any tracking information. I currently have no outfit on my friends wedding and will need to purchase another one.

2nd of March I ordered 2 dresses for Eid. One came after Eid and the other one didn't come. Send them multiple emails/dms on Instagram. But no reaction.

I placed an order on April 7th and send numerous messages on WhatsApp, email and instagram to get an update on my order but they have been ignoring my messages and not providing any communication on their end, while they keep posting on their instagram. Had I known there would be so many bad reviews about this website I would have never placed an order. Need a refund as soon as possible as I don’t think my outfit will be delivered anytime soon that I can wear it to my friends wedding at the end of the month.

Ordered 3 outfits in shades of blue for a family wedding. One outfit didn’t come blue even though they confirmed it was ice blue, it was more of a sage green colour, so very disappointing and the skirt for this outfit was massive so needs to be tailored again on my side. Another outfit came with trousers that were way too short. The stitching wasn’t great, you can see threads falling off and they don’t seem like the real genuine designs. Not worth the price and don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again. I have to find another outfit now in a blue colour. The customer service was really good though as they answered all my questions throughout the process very promptly, but still waiting to hear back regarding the colour issue. I also paid for priority delivery but there were no issues with this and it was delivered on schedule.

Delivery was promised 3-5weeks from order date. Delivery took over 8 weeks. It's arrived a day before my sister's wedding. Stitching is all wrong, i ordered a size small...... lehnga has been made for someone who is 4ft and top has been made for someone who is 6ft... poorly stitched, threading hanging out all over, delivered one day before the wedding and nothing fits. The whole process has been stressful, you have to send numerous messages in order to get a response. I asked for a refund when I realised I wasn't going to get my outfit on time and no full refund was given. I was given £30 partial refund but I paid £205 for the outfit - an outfit that has come a day before the wedding and doesn't fit....

Just save your money and save yourself the stress and don't order. I'm so upset, I have nothing to wear for my sister's wedding and I will be wearing old clothes

This is the second time I'm ordering from Bahirah and both times I have received so many complements about my outfits!

My order arrived on time and the quality of the outfits was brilliant! Will definitely be ordering again!
