I had just recently purchased 6 Multi Functional Air Magic Boxes back on the 13th of this month and, recieved my purchase yesterday, the 25th. Prior after just paying for this, I was skeptical about it, seeing some of the negative reviews of this business but, I remained patient and had blind faith. Well, after unwrapping boxes and setting them in some rooms of my home and after a few hours, I was very pleased to learn I have purchased a wonderful, legit product! The air was smelling clean, especially in the room my husband and I keep 2 cat litter boxes. I believe I will continue to shop and purchase this and like-minded products.

Terrible service. Wasn't what i ordered from the website. Shipping was not clear. Product quality wouldn't sale in a dollar store.

I ordered a Thermal Monocular, it was $42 with shipping. What I received was an $3.00 plain Monocular. Bahati was very clear, they don't care, they got their money.

Buyer & Partnering Future Companies Beware, I ordered 3 Thermal nightvision Monocular's, bahati.com sent 3 common monocular's, I requested a refund. There Reply was, we'll give you back 20%, if agree, I said no, I want a full refund due to False Advertising (Were not Thermal Nightvision), just a common Monocular's. Scammers replied saying, possibly give you 30%, I replied no, I would like my full refund & a Statement of there dishonesty & False Advertising in black & white with a picture with thermal nightvision, but only get a plain monocular. The bahati scammers reply, saying this time we are unable handle any returns (after my Negative Reply), but I can recieve a free gift from another site not through there company. There Company Scammers, also advertised through utube, My question is: "why is utube letting a scammer company like this continue to use False Advertising Practices". Shame on you utube, someone in your your business screwed up for Promoting Dishonest False Advertising to Continue. Which bring up another question "why is utube condoning this dishonesty". Buyer's from now on, Any Advertisement from utube, I will be checking for there Company Reviews before ordering anything, suggest Buyers do the same, Beware Out there.

I've been scammed before by buying something as a result of watching an ad on YouTube.
I'm not exaggerating when I say I have NEVER seen an honest ad on YouTube. I tried reporting some of them to Google but the result was always the same:
We have looked at the ad and find it doesn't violate our terms and conditions so we will not be taking it down.
Google cares so little for it's customers that ad revenue is more important than us being scammed!!

Scam full of false advertising don't buy from this company

I had purchased a 'Thermal Monocular', following their lively advert on 'YouTube'. What I received was no more than a toy monocular, was not Thermal, does not have any batteries, nor any other capabilities whats so ever. You look down one end and you just see out of the other. Thats all!
The advert is very misleading, DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. I contacted them via their customer service email. Same as everybody else, the response was laughable, insulting. I did not accept the 20% 'compensation (and keep the telescope). You will not find a way to return it to them. Fortunately I paid via ' Pay Pal'. Contacted them who, as always, responded quickly and resolved the problem for me. Got my full money back. (I do not work for Pay Pal) There are other similar payment companies around.
Bahati etc. are actually based in China; Zhengzhou City.
Anybody interest in an unused Monocular?

What a bunch of thieves. I bought AI dog. Pure garbage. This company is chinese thieves. NEVER buy ANYTHING from them. I called them 7 times and got nowhere. He laughed when I told them they were a scam. Then he whispered to me to " go f..k myself. About two weeks later my credit card , the one i used , tho ONLY one ive used in months , was scammed and my bank account cleaned out. I received a phone call back from them saying I forfeited my refund ( only a % ) when I notified the bank about the fraud. PLEASE don't deal with these lying con artists. Come to find out they sell the exact same dog on Amazon for $12.. Its the chinese but they have Indians answer the phones to throw you off. The feds need visit these hoodlums. I am so angry.

Reluctant to only give a couple of stars however from reading the somewhat terrible reviews I shouldn't expect much from what I have just purchased and I am already regretting making this purchase costing nearly £30 inc. Tip. What's that all about? Anyway, if by some miracle that happens and I receive and like to product (Dust Trap box thingies) then I shall be happy to up the number of stars given.

Absolute scam outfit.
My mother ordered 2 thermal monoculars for $98.
What she got was a 3 inch long plastic monocular, about an inch in diameter. That's all. Just a simple monocular - a child's toy really. The sort of thing you'd get at a $2 shop.

Do not buy from Bahati Shop. They do not have quality products. Liars and fraudsters.

I ordered a telescope for 57 dollars and I purchased insurance and I still didn’t receive anything over three weeks ago I want a refund but can’t get anyone to talk to me about anything this company is a total scam don’t send your money I should of read reviews I will bash the company every chance I get for as long as I’m mad about being totally ripped off these people should be in jail

Can't say thank you enough to Trustpilot and it's reviewers. Was going to buy the dust box from Bahati Shop but came here 1st. Saved my money, time, and frustration. I'm coming here b4 every purchase! Thank you again and God bless.

Useless junk. This is not what was advertised on Youtube. I ordered an infrared night vision monocular German made. Not only is it not German made but good luck reading the Chinese writing on the box. Instead of getting 1 monocular I received 3. Nope I will not send the other 2 back. I'll try and sell them at a rummage sale to try and recover some of my loss.

I ordered the night vision monoculars on Christmas Eve from watching a YouTube advertisement. I figured if it’s been advertising on YouTube for a while, it should be safe. I have not received my product yet, but when I went to their website and looked at their other products, there were so few Than I priced similar products which were way more expensive I realized I am stupid. It’s one of those too good to be true my fault but my question is why is YouTube continuing to allow them to use them as a platform?

Fake advertising
They advertised the selling of Huawei watches which includes all the features from high blood pressure, heart rates, SpO2 sleep monitoring etc.. looked at the website it seems looking genuine with huge discounts. Order two watches, when received they are fake don't even turned on contacted they offered me 10 percent refund when I paid £78.80 after discount. I refused it never heard from them again. I am glad the items has been removed from their website.
Please do keep away from this company as they are dishonest and they need to be stopped from stealing people money by selling them fake items

Lol! I was gonna order some of those magic eyeglasses, then I read all these bad reviews. Glad to check Trust Pilot first, or else I too had been conned or received Poundland reading glasses that breaks after first use, ha,ha, ha...

If there was an option of below zero this company would deserve it.
This is a big scam and I don't know how they are allowed to trade and deceive people.
I was one of those suckers who are born everyday and got the bitter taste for being a fool.
I bought the their eye glasses ,which promised the world, forgetting the adage "If it seems too good to be true ,it is probably is" They are useless junk.
I contacted them three times through their email for a return and refund ,but they even didn't have the courtesy to respond.
