I discovered this firm in an ad and am so glad I did. Service was second to none and Aidan was so helpful and informative. For my pension which I thought was a lost cause he went above and beyond with help and attention and is an extremely friendly and approachable guy. There was no pushiness or impatience and I could contact him with any queries or problems at all. I have recommended them to 2 others and would have no issue doing so again. I came across this company on Instagram while reviewing my pension options and contacted them for advice.
I initially dealt with Aidan who gave me great advice and insight. As I engaged further with him, I felt very comfortable and reassured in my dealings.
He called to the house with his colleague Geoff and discussed all my pension options in detail, in plain English. I never felt pressured into doing anything and they were very patient with me as I had lots of questions. I decided to move my pension plan to their company and I haven’t regretted my decision.
