I noticed that nowhere on the site could I find how many capsules of color was included in any kit whatsoever. $40 for a “starter kit“ I should at least know what exactly it includes and what I’m paying for in terms of actual color and not gimmicky things like a random thing to wipe color off your eyebrows, which shhhh can be done using a paper towel or washcloth.

They claim you can get answers by texting them so I texted them and that was eight hours ago and no response. They then claim you could get answers through texting via Instagram DM. No response. I finally took to looking at reviews and found all the awful reviews both here in elsewhere. It seems they don’t allow refunds if you choose the wrong color, which is literally the worst Customer service possible. That combined with their inability to answer a simple question or even put the details you would need on their damn website makes me say no forget it.

I’ve been using BAEBROW products for about 5 years now and I keep coming back because nothing makes my brows look better!! I rarely leave reviews but I was surprised to see these negative comments because I've had nothign but pleasant and fair interactions with their customer service. I also had two subscriptions and when I wanted to stop one of them earlier, I just paid the price difference to move it to a one-time purchase instead. I love the combination of the brow wax and color capsules - they work really well together and give me a "straight out of the salon" look. I've recommend it all my friends 💕

Horrible. I have blond hair and got the ash brown tint. My eyebrows became ginger red, as Henna usually does with my hair although they promised a different result. The customer service said they would send me a different color to try but never did and never refunded as requested. Absolute waste of money.

Absolutely rubbish and a total rip off. Did not colour my skin at all.

I ordered one product and was unknowingly enrolled in a subscription. When I tried to cancel, I clearly stated I did not want any more products because the original did not work. I was still told I had to buy more to get out of it. They charged me for a second item that was never sent and pressured me to pay more to cancel. This is predatory and deceptive. Do not purchase from this company.

Ordered the hold up brow wax. Received it yesterday and was beyond disappointed. The product was almost 60% empty. I have seen pictures of this product on Tiktok and know how much product is in it but mine was literally empty. A total rip off. Shame on this company.
