Absolutely amazing customer service! My initial order arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Unfortunately after a short while I experienced an issue with the liquid vinyl that shouldn't have happened, especially so soon.
I reached out to Bad World, and Amara responded promptly and was incredibly helpful. I was initially offered a full refund and a free returns label but because I didn't want to miss out I requested a replacement instead and Amara fulfilled my request. Luckily they still had some stock left!
I am grateful to have received a replacement and appreciate that Amara was very kind and understanding. I would highly recommend and hope to return in the future. Thank you so much!

Extremely disappointing customer service. Ordered a vinyl for £50 and cancelled the next day as per consumer rights and prior to the order being despatched. 10 days later I have not received my refund and despite two emails to them they just reply “order cancelled but we can’t release funds yet” essentially they are keeping my money as a ransom. Not the first time this has happened, I cancelled an order a year or so ago and two weeks later when I emailed them “sorry we forgot to refund you”. Buyers beware

Ordered a vinyl paid for 3day delivery, still waiting 10days later and order is still saying unfulfilled!

I ordered Pink Floyd - Wish you were here, it arrived damaged as it was leaking. I emailed support and was promised a replacement, this was nearly 4 months ago, I've sent many emails and I finally got a response 6 weeks ago from Amara advising I should receive my record as the replacements arrived in stock. Nothing has arrived and I feel totally conned out of my money. I think I only got a response as I threatened doing a charge back on my credit card. I will never order from this company again.

My items arrived severely weather damaged and had been repackaged by the local courier with a label saying "improperly packaged". I contacted them and despite a 48hour expected response time I've heard NOTHING in over a month, despite following up twice. DO NOT order if you are in the southern hemisphere.

This company is wonderful I did have a few problems with the Sabrina drop but I was fine with not getting it anyway as I got the other 2. Also every time I’ve always had 10/10 customer service and perfect vinyls especially with the subway one as mine was perfectly center with no hair sticking out!

I received my package yesterday, the liquid filled sleeve came broken, the internal sleeves in bad shape, I do not recommend this shop. I mean it is not expensive to send a good sleeve o just to be careful. It doesn't deserve the price.

Very different liquid filled vinyl records - I hope they stand the test of time. Production quality is very good. Packaged nicely. Addison Rae pre order in June delivered in August.

Record is okay. But packaging is very bad. I’ve had quite a few orders from them and the vinyl jacket arrives damaged most of the time. If you are lucky you can get a replacement jacket but often the replacement also arrives damaged due to no protection used.

I ordered the yungblud liquid filled vinyl on pre release and once received all the packaging was there but no vinyl included. The sleeve where the vinyl goes, the insert and the vinyl cover were all inside the cardboard packaging.
When emailing their customer service, they told me to double check if it wasn’t there as if I was stupid enough to not see a disc inside and then told me that they would send a replacement disc and would send me an shipping email, which I thought was weird as they were sold out. I still have not received an email or a replacement vinyl and so I have now asked for a full refund.
Absolutely poor customer service and will never order from here again

After 4 months of waiting for my order, I moved to a new apartment, which they refused to ship to. What a waste a money. Terrible customer service.

The quality of the records I've bought are incredible. Great pieces of art. Looking forward to future releases

Actually the most inept, barren company in the vinyl game currently. Firstly, they cancelled Eusexua by FKA Twigs with no reason given, now the same done to their BRAT pressing? Absolutely incompetent company that will be bankrupt shortly I'd imagine.

I purchased the Elton John Diamonds and it’s great.
It’s slightly more expensive than I would usually pay, but it does have a wow factor and is a lovely record so worth it.
I’d definitely look to buy from bad world again.

...You did meet the delivery deadlines.
And that is very important to me.
