Brilliant lovely people
Arranged a phone call to sort my plan out and i got called by Dal, they helped me sort out a new plan and see what was the best choice for me (which was them haha). i felt very nervous and anxious prior to the call but i was welcomed by a friendly voice when i answered the call and they helped me so much! i feel so much better having spoken to Dal, im very appreciative as i struggle with anxiety and phone calls are a big worry for me but it was lovely! so helpful and kind and im now stress free!

Constant Harassment
Constant harassment! I've never applied, I'm not going to apply I don't want to be contacted day and night by phone and email. I've tried to unsubscribe as I never actually subscribed but it still doesn't stop!
Obviously got my contact details by some fishing or illegal way as it's not with my permission.

Helpful and understanding
I spoke to a lovely lady at b2c and expressed that I felt so overwhelmed and stressed with my finances. Also very ashamed that my situation had got so bad and it had reduced me to tears.

Reese made it very straightforward to work through my annual review.
I have an affordable finance plan without leaving me short.
