I had the pleasure of speaking to Caleb. He was kind and helpful. He has given me hope of getting my credit score back out of the lower side and assured me that my monthly payments will be sent to creditors. I am glad to have spoken to him, however, I will say since then I've been getting constant calls from the creditors and its very unhelpful. Id have imagined getting something even a small amount was better than getting nothing and my phone is blowing up with their calls. Still though, Caleb was amazing and so fun to chat eith also. I've had an extremely good experience so far so, if anything changes though I will be changing my review. Thanks B2C

I spoke today with Dal about helping me to manage my debts and was struggling to manage the repayments. After speaking with her I felt at ease and a great relief, I did feel apprehensive about the call and didnt want to feel judged but this soon subsided. Although I ultimately chose not to use their services, as I found an alternative solution more suitable for my needs, I genuinely appreciated their professionalism and assistance.

I stumbled on Back2Credit after searching for weeks and thank goodness I found them. My advisor, Lucy, was kind, patient, took her time to explain and watch generally a really positive influence on what some could deem an embarrassing situation. I felt human, like is was completely understandable, but most importantly, I felt heard and appreciated. The system is great, the advice clear, the instant answers from both Lucy and management was impressive and I feel utterly reassured and pretty glad I stumbled across them.
