BacBon Limited is a BIG SHIT Company in Bangladesh

Bacbon Limited (bacbonltd[.]com)is, in reality, a company filled with deception, arrogance, and extremely poor management practices. On the outside, they try to present themselves as a leading and professional organization, but internally, the situation is completely different.

First of all, the way they deal with clients is highly questionable. Bacbon often secures projects by making exaggerated promises and telling clients what they want to hear. However, when it comes time to deliver the work, the results are usually disappointing. The quality of the work is often extremely poor—sometimes so bad that it can barely be considered professional output.

The internal environment of the company is also very toxic. Office politics, backstabbing, and unhealthy competition are common. This situation is particularly noticeable in the IT department, where jealousy, conflict, and internal rivalry frequently occur. Many people in leadership positions are more focused on protecting their own positions than on doing quality work. Instead of solving problems, they often report against each other to management in order to maintain their own influence.

The HR department is another major problem. There seems to be no clear or consistent HR policy. Rules are applied differently depending on the person. For example, one HR representative might say that there is a 10-minute flexibility for in-time attendance, while another claims there is no flexibility at all. Attendance, leave approvals, and even salary matters often depend on personal relationships rather than policy. Those who maintain a close relationship with HR are frequently allowed special privileges, such as coming in late, taking leave easily, or avoiding consequences while the rest of the team suffers.

The accounts department is not much better. They generally follow whatever instructions come from management, including questionable financial practices. If management wants to manipulate VAT or tax matters, the accounts department simply carries out those instructions without raising concerns.

Another serious issue involves Bacbon’s so-called “Smart Solutions” business. They sell smart boards and related accessories, but many of these products are reportedly assembled or modified locally after being imported cheaply. They are then sold at significantly inflated prices. In some cases, when a smart board becomes defective, it is repaired and then resold to another customer as if it were a new product. This practice severely undermines customer trust.

The management’s approach to decision-making is also problematic. Many leaders interfere in technical matters that they do not fully understand. Despite lacking technical knowledge, they still try to control or dictate technical decisions. It often feels like someone like a rickshaw puller with no knowledge of car engines is trying to explain how an engine works. This leads to unrealistic expectations and poor decisions, especially when management refuses to accept that certain things are simply not technically possible.

Recruitment and workplace culture also raise concerns. Sometimes, superficial factors appear to influence hiring decisions more than actual skills or performance. Employees who flatter management or maintain certain relationships often receive more recognition than those who genuinely work hard and produce quality results. Skilled employees frequently feel undervalued in such an environment.

There are also allegations that when acquiring clients, Bacbon exaggerates employee experience, inflates salary figures, and overstates operational costs such as office equipment or infrastructure, in order to charge clients higher project fees. In the end, the client may pay a large amount of money but not receive work that matches the promised quality.

In summary, Bacbon Limited projects an image of professionalism and innovation from the outside, but internally it appears to suffer from poor management, inconsistent policies, questionable business practices, and a culture that often values appearances and politics more than real competence or integrity.
