We are so incredibly grateful and blessed to have encountered the Baby Sleep Made Simple course and team. Last October, I really hit rockbottom: I was co-sleeping with my daughter, who's waking up every 45 min/1hr all night long, wanting to latch on or being rocked (sometimes for hours). And this over the course of many months... I just couldn't do it anymore. I was so angry, frustrated, sleep deprived, helpless. I had to persuade my partner to start sleep training for my sanity and our family's health. I had myself lots of judgements, fears and limiting believes around sleep training, but deep inside I knew it was the right thing to do for our family. We started when my daughter was 7 months old with the PUPD method, but we soon realised it wasn't what our daughter needed, so we moved to the Chair Method. In a matter for 2 weeks she was falling asleep by herself with minimal to no tears, sleeping in her own bed for longer stretches (6-8 hrs!!), resettling during the night, nursing only once. It was pure magic! After the holidays, when the 8-month sleep regression and separation anxiety hit, we had to redo a bit sleep training. This time we used the Checkin Method and we put her in a separate bedroom. In a matter of 4 days, she was again sleeping much better. Now that she's 9 months old, we completed night weaning in a very natural way and she's now sleeping through the night. Also, her daily naps and daytime routine became very solid and predictable, since we sleep-trained her. We had 2 private coaching calls with Alyssa and exchanged many emails. She's just incredible :)

I wish I had read the newest reviews before I bought the12 Easy Ways to Get Your Baby Sleeping Better Tonight product. I knew from the price (19$) that I won't get a magical solution and certainly not all the "magic" Jilly is using in her longer courses. However, the guide and the night weaning guide were shorter than a basic article you can find for free on Google and the tips looked like chat gpt answers. I was already feeling weird with all the targeting ads and the raving reviews but I decided to check it out. Now I feel ripped off.

I recently bought a guide to help me with my baby. I felt totally disrespected by the content. The course was a shortcut from her instagram videos, it didn’t teach me anything and there isn’t any place in the platform where you can ask for your money back. Their support is really bad! I sent them an email requesting a refund and all I got back was “we’re on vacation”. This is really dishonest with tired moms who are desperately in need for help.

This is a scam email literally tells you nothing it’s just a repetition of the same bulls*it throughout 7 days. Nothing scientific nothing based on research, just the opinion of someone random who completed a random training program which qualifies her to do these things. Stupid of me of course purchasing a course that I saw on instagram..

This is nothing new and there no method that definitely works. You pay for the support and encouragement. We bought a full package with lifetime support. It turns out that our lifetime support ended when they launched a new program for older children. At the time of purchasing there was only one so it made sense to pay more for the lifetime option. I have messaged them at some point and they reply was to purchase the new program! When I questioned the lifetime support (that I already had) the answer was that they have to make money and they will support me but without purchasing the new program it will be very limited. They were also so focused on ‘explaining’ this to me that I did not even get ‘limited’ support and they have never acknowledged my question about my wee one sleeping issue.
Very disappointing.

The team at Baby Sleep Made Simple is super helpful and fast responding to all direct messages and question I have. The program is very comprehensive and offers many different solutions and approaches. If you sign up for a personal sleep consultation it’s definitely better and more effective as you’ll get one on one advice specifically for your LO situation! Thanks Jilly and team!

It's a great program. I learned a lot & within about 3 weeks my son is pretty much sleeping all night. I am so happy now. Bedtime has become peaceful again!

My wife and I were at wits end before Jilly. Our little one was not sleeping, and my wife and I had different approaches to helping him sleep. She was more hands on, and I was more hands off. We would have disagreements about the best approach, and then we found Jilly.

We took Jilly's class, and instead of disagreeing, we just looked to Jilly. They have a support chat that is active 24/7 so when our little one was restless, we could ask for help and get expert answers and the twice a week group zoom calls were a great way for us to learn from others and get advice.

We recommend Jilly and her program to everyone we know, and it was the best money we have spent since our little one was born.

I really like this program! First it’s reasonably priced and has tons of support. My son went for multiple night wakings, 2 bottles at night to sleeping through the night in a week. I also loved the zoom calls with further support. The team is responsive and caring and my son is doing great, waking up happier and so am I!

The whole team was great to work with. They were knowledgeable and responsive! My daughter went from co sleep to sleeping in her own crib in a week.

My baby had turned 10 months and I was desperate for some sleep. From a cosleeping baby who used to wake throughout the whole night constantly wanting to be fed or nursed for comfort to now a baby who has longer stretches of sleep I would say I’m happy I took the plunge to get this program. She now sleeps in her cot and not stuck to me all night, although there has been some days there is a bit more clingy ness but I always revert back to the program guidance. Yes I would say you could find the info online via research but I wanted some structured guidance and support and the method I chose helped to do this for me. My little one hasn’t been so quick or easy and we are still on the route to sleeping through the night but less wakings means a massive win for me. We haven’t cracked naps yet but hopefully will get there soon.

The Early Waking No More guidelines were very helpful. We made a few adjustments and rarely have early waking before 5:30. The only reason our child occasionally wakes up at 5:30 is because he can hear the alarm clock through the wall. Our child does not cry to be picked up immediately and is fine with hanging out/playing in the crib until 6am.

I found that this program covered a lot of things that we were personally struggling with with other programs that were similar in theory. I have a toddler who is more persistent and highly sensitive so the just let them work it out and come back was not working and stressing me and her out more. While we are still working through all the different things I definitely feel supported especially with the online help to ask questions for specific situations. I am happy with our purchase because sleep is so vital! Will use it again if we add another to the clan 😊 I have also paid for more expensive sleep training which seemed harder to implement for my Velcro baby and wish I found this first.

A great program! No talk about locking your toddler in their room or letting them cry to the point of making themselves sick. My 2.5 yr old is sleeping better and we’ve successfully broken long time sleep associations.
