We bought an isafe tandem pram recently and it’s exactly what we wanted, very sturdy and comfortable. The wheels are big and the pram is easy to manoeuvre. Perfect for our twins. It was delivered 2 days after ordering, cannot fault the service.

Excellent value, prompt delivery and good communication. I bought a fireguard which would have cost twice as much elsewhere - it's great quality and easy to set up and fit. I've used Baby Travel before and have been impressed with their customer support and helpful attitude. Highly recommended!

Purchased an item described as “super heavy duty” which failed soon after purchase. I feel the item is not as described, not fit for purpose and poor quality.
I feel customer services is dismissive, bordering on condescending and hostile, trying excuse after excuse to avoid taking responsibility, with some gaslighting on top.
I won’t purchase from here again - I don’t feel they’re reputable.

excellent customer service... the isafe sail foxy design stroller is brilliant all round, could not of picked a nicer stroller for my granddaughter at my house...

I bought the Isafe me and you tandem when I found out I was having twins. It arrived really quickly I checked for damage and that there was two seat units and car seats etc. All seem good until assembling near to due date the adapters to use as tandem were missing. I contacted customer services who charged me for replacement and said they were sending out but They didn’t. They kept promising me they would send out again but didn’t and then stopped replying to my emails. My twins arrived I had no pram to use so had to buy another . I said I wanted a refund but they refused. Only then they sent the adapters out. They misled me about my consumer rights. I am reporting to trading standards, . I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Bought the isafe bows and dots travel system off the website.
Arrived 2 days later.

The gate arrived in good condition and good time.All appeared to look fine,assembly was simple enough.I cannot comment further as the gate has not been located where it is to be used.If this works out OK I may be ordering another gate.

Very happy I purchased my double isafe inline pram with travel baby when I got it I did have 2 items missing but travel baby company addressed this so quick and I'm very happy all round.

I bought a pushchair and the safety bar started to come through the fabric. I only bought the push chair November last year so less than a year old. I think it’s absolutely disgraceful that the safety bar is now a hazard for one of my twins to sit in one side of the double buggy. It protrudes out of the fabric and is level with his eye which could be extremely dangerous if he was to catch it in his eye. They will not send me a replacement out and are saying I can pay for a replacement. They guarantee the safety of there products but yet will not replace my hood on my pushchair absolutely disgusting not happy with the product or the service recieved

I ordered a baby bath, haven’t received it and it has been over 20 days. Whilst tracking my order, I realised the delivery company says there has been a delay. I can’t get through to the delivery company. I tried to call the Baby Travel company and the phone was never picked up. I tried to email as well, but no emails go through. Is it possible to still get a refund as I’m not 100% satisfied with the service. I would like to speak to a member of customer service as soon as possible. If the issue can be dealt with, then perfect. If not, I would like a refund for the product.

I just wanted to say thank you very much to Molly for her excellent customer service when I was placing my order for two table high chairs. She was really helpful and helped me get the exact products I wanted. She also went to the trouble of phoning me back the next day once she had made contact with the warehouse and found the answer to my query.

Really pleased with the rain cover for my Baby Jogger City Mini. Great quality and fits perfectly. Really good value too! Quick delivery, would definitely buy from here again.

Was surprised it wasn’t made by MaClaren but it is well made and fits well. Haven’t used it properly yet but it looks good and hopefully will last a long time.
