Delivery was early and item as advertised.

We ordered a car seat from here it came quickly and was a good seat, however unfortunately it didn't fit properly in our car. They can arrange collection but it's expensive and was told much cheaper to sort myself ok no problem, however when putting in the postcode the address doesn't come up, so I called to confirm the man I spoke to was very rude talking over me numerous times, my response was that it seems if you need to return something you're on your own to which he replied that's buying online!! I told him I wouldn't buy from them again his response that's fine it's up to you! Great customer service! When you do return something there is a fee! It does state this but I didn't initially see it, £11 fee on a £70 car seat plus the £18 I paid for returning the item! I've never known a company charge a fee to return something.

It's important to note the Maclaren rain covers are in fact, NOT Maclaren rain covers, as advertised.

They're cheap 'universal rain covers' that aren't really universal since they don't actually fit.

So, if you're looking for a company that'll send you what they're advertising, don't shop here.

Ordered a travel system, it never arrived and they scarcely reply to customer service messages, taken my money with no product.. they just don’t care.

Great pushchair (this is my second one). I have arthritic hands but I can manage to put this up and down. Used for grandchildren. Easy to order and delivered promptly. Could not have been looked after better. 5 star.

Good price and speedy delivery.
The 360 spin and tilt is fantastic and the car seat is comfortable. We used it from 12 months so haven’t used with newborn insert. Not sure I can imagine my boy in it at age 12 though!

Only issues are that you cannot use the swivel if you also use the seat belt to fix in so we just use the iso fix. Feels sturdy enough still with just isofix. Also it is quite stiff to lengthen the straps but may loosen up over time. Very happy with the purchase.

I bought a pushchair first, I was really sceptical has it was 49.99 from 120.00 but it arrived and I love it, then the matching bag was on offer 9.99 from 50.00,

BEWARE THIS COMPANY!!

I bought a car seat that is described on baby travel’s website as having the option to be used with Isofox OR seatbelt. When it arrived the instructions say it NEEDS to be used with Isofix. As we don’t have isofix I asked baby travel to refund us and organise a return free or charge, which would normally cost between £35 and £40 according to their return info. A courier would be £40. As the description is incorrect I feel that is only fair. However baby travel will refund us but refuse to offer a free return. I am perusing this via PayPal as luckily I paid via them. However Baby travel has refused now 4 times to pay for the return. Their latest response:

‘The product has been on the market with the same description since 2011, there are absolutely 100's of these products other helping families all over the UK. With respect, if you vehicle is older than 15 years and does not have Isofix anchorage points, that is not our fault. You are welcome to return the product in its original condition and packaging, absolutely unused for a refund. Regards Customer Care’

I say it’s lucky we paid by PayPal as I haven’t received any kind of email receipt of purchase from baby travel so my only proof of purchase was a PayPal receipt. This alone should be enough to steer clear! The customer service do not sign with names and as the latest response above shows - they are now blaming me and my apparent ‘old car’ rather than accepting fault and simply doing the right thing. Don’t risk your money or the safety of your kids with this site. If they can’t get basic descriptions right then maybe other safety info isn’t correct either.
