Besch…. Stornobedingungen und kein Support
Wir haben eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Nachdem keine Rückmeldung kam, haben wir der Anbieterin und dem Support geschrieben, dass wir gerne stornieren würden, weil wir es nicht mehr brauchen. Eine andere Möglichkeit wurde zur Stornierung wird nicht bereitgestellt. Daraufhin hat die Anbieterin akzeptiert und wir mussten für die Stornierung 20% Bearbeitungsgebühr zahlen. Das wird auch auf der Website so nicht klar erläutert. Ich finde das eine Frechheit.
Ich füge noch eine klare Beschwerde gegen den Support. Auf die Geschichte habe ich mich an diesen gewandt und mit Beste Budan kommuniziert. Zuerst habe ich 2 Tage keine Rückmeldung bekommen, dann wollte man mit einreden, dass ich gar nie Storno-Nachrichten an sie geschickt habe. Dann, dass die Bestätigung schon im Vorfeld war.
Ich kann mir nur zu gut vorstellen, wie es wäre, wenn man vor Ort Probleme hätte.
Finger weg von dieser Plattform!!
Und auch bei dieser Antwort wird wieder so getan als wäre die Bestellung nach der Stornonachricht eingegangen. Was auch durch den Email-Verlauf wiederlegt ist! Einfach nur ein Verbrecherverein!

Schnell und sehr unkompliziert😊🙏🏼
Wir sind mit unseren Zwillingen gereist und haben schnell bemerkt, dass wir besser einen Buggy hätten. So konnten wir sehr viel von London entdecken ohne die Kinder zu tragen.
Die Buggys wurden uns innerhalb von 2 Stunden gebracht und auch wieder abgeholt.

We were traveling with a new born, and this service made our life so easy! we were able to get a bassinet stroller and a hair for our baby, and having it delivered directly to our airbnb door was the absolute best part.
