Our delivery was two hours late
Our delivery was two hours late. Upon arrival, the car seat we rented was extremely dirty, had missing parts, and had a foul odor, necessitating that we wash it. We spent half a day dealing with this situation, which delayed our itinerary significantly. I would give this experience a single star, though our refund was processed immediately.

Good experience, did the job
Great contact, delivery on time as well as pick up.
The stroller itself was good in terms of functionality, however it is definitely used. The stroller lost the colors from the sun, was a dirty (a deep clean sometime would be helpful).
I am giving 4 out of 5 stars because the whole experience was good enough, stroller did it's job. It could be cleaner, but it was ok to use.

All equipment on Babonbo is provided by local families, so items are pre-owned by nature. That said, cleanliness is something we take seriously and every provider is expected to deep clean gear before each rental. Clearly we fell short of that standard in this case, and we sincerely apologize.

J’ai dû payer un casier 8€ pour laisser le siège bébé pour ne pas que la personne ne vienne tôt (ce que je peux comprendre) mais cela n’est pas prévu au préalable

Vous soulevez un point tout à fait valable. Nos fournisseurs sont des particuliers qui coordonnent les horaires de livraison et de récupération directement avec vous - mais nous comprenons que des arrivées tardives ou des départs très matinaux peuvent rendre cette organisation difficile, et engendrer des frais imprévus comme dans votre cas.
Nous allons réfléchir à comment mieux anticiper ces situations dès la réservation à l'avenir.

App deficiente. Debe iniciarse sesión cada vez que quieres consultar y además se bloquea cada cierto tiempo. Al filtrar por fechas no filtra proveedores disponibles lo que obliga a reservar y a ponerte en contacto con el proveedor para consultar su disponibilidad. Respecto al servicio de entrega y recogida un 10. Atención a los detalles y comunicación fluida. Producto bueno, lo recomendaría.

Easy and Affordable Rental Experience
We rented a yoyo compact stroller while in Paris - the vendor who rented to us (Gigi's Rentals / Tiphaine) was very responsive, kind and accommodating and the pram made our trip much easier!

They are easy to talk to
They are easy to talk to. I asked them to use the stroller for 2 days but didn’t notice it has to be minimum of 3 days so what I paid was 3 days. When I asked to make it 3 days instead and to deliver asap, they made it.
