I ordered formula and never received it. I tried contactingthem multiple times and was ignored until instead I'm going to the attorney General. Their response was to tell me "good luck". Worst company and worst customer service!

I PLACED AN ORDER ON 3/20 AND RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT THE PRODUCT WAS ON THE WAY, EXPECTED 3/25. IT'S NOW 4/2 AND UPS TRACKING STILL SAYS LABEL CREATED BUT NEVER RECEIVED. I'VE EMAIL BABIES-NUTRITION 2 TIMES ON 3/31 AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE.

I wish I’d checked here first as there’s no customer service. There’s little to no packaging and we received a box with half the formula containers broken and formula spilling everywhere. The minimal savings gained from ordering from here are not worth it as you likely will receive damaged goods and no customer service.

If I could no stars. This company is a scam. They sent the product, if it was really the product to a wrong address. They would not respond to my emails, phone calls which don’t announce the company, so I left messages. They show delivered to a place 40 minutes away. When I logged back into their site to see my order details, they changed my ship to address to some place I have no clue who lives there. My billing was not changed. They kept my money and sent a bogus package to some place else. The picture of the package was a small box. I ordered a 27 qty case of drinks. Scam. I’m waiting on my claim to complete. *******Scam scam scam *******SCAM
Update: Paypal had to refund my payment after the claim was submitted. They saw the delivery address was not what I entered. Scam company.

Ordered Elecare formula (3 cans) and set up a subscription. We have been charged 3 times now and have not received any. We have tried calling and emailing the company with no response. Stay away from this company!

Ordered by mistake, refused to cancel my order even though I contacted the company within 5 minutes of initial purchase. They wrote back an hour later saying they couldn’t cancel the order because it was already picked up and on the way (this was at 9:00pm on a Friday…a blatant lie.). I received a tracking number about a week later, package arrived and I immediately took to the post office to send back as return-to-sender. It’s been two months since then and haven’t been able to get a single reply since then with regards to my refund (and there is no working phone number). Complete scam of a company.

Absolute scam of a company. I have been a repeating customer for about 3 months and had an issue with my last order 3 cans of formula were damaged and spilled everywhere inside the poorly packaged cardboard box. I notified them with pictures right away and was told replacements were being mailed. Two and half weeks later - still nothing! Customer service won’t email respond to my emails now!

I can’t believe I’ve spent over $1,000 with this company on baby food! Their customer service is absolutely terrible. They don’t respond to emails at all, and my order status has been stuck at “in their shop” for weeks with no updates. I’ve reached out multiple times in a respectful manner, only to be completely ignored. I’m now working on disputing the charge through my bank because this is unacceptable. How is this business even still operating?

I ordered two packs of infant formula powder. They sent only one. And it's expired. They called me a scammer and wouldn't accept the return.

Only giving one star because I can’t give zero. I ordered formula and it was supposed to be here by a certain date which is why I chose this particular company and the formula is arriving over a week later when I approached the company they were extremely rude and said that that’s how it goes, even though it stated online that it would be in one week earlier.

STAY AWAY from this dishonest “company”. My formula order arrived in a completely different can quantity and ounce size, not to mention ALL NINE cans of formula expired within ONE MONTH. My son eats a lot but he can’t eat NINE CANS in one month!!! What Babies Nutrition fails to tell you is that the “deals” you’re getting are because all of the formula is close to expiration. A huge red flag that should’ve led me to believe this “company” was a scam is the fact that they don’t have a customer service phone number. All they have is an email address. I reached out in hopes of returning these useless close-to-expiration cans and getting a refund and CRICKETS. I have never heard back from this “company” and it has been weeks. I hope the BBB shuts these scam artists down soon!!!!!!!

I ordered the Organic Kendamil and received the non-organic. I emailed their support and received no response. I followed up three times and received no response.

I ordered four of the Kendamil Toddler Formula and I received four of the infant formula. I only see an email for contact and have emailed them 3 times now and no response. I should have read the reviews outside their webpage. That was my bad but if they really want to have a good business, they should reply and do good in what they did wrong. It is very disheartening as my daughter does not work (a mom of twins) and I am helping her by buying as this was the was the lowest price. I guess they just want more bad reviews. If they can do good in contacting me and replacing me with the correct order then I will update my review but now on 1 week of no response is will stay at one star... can't go any lower.

I ordered Similac Alimentum ready-to-feed jugs for my premature daughter and the company sent me cans. First, cans are not even listed inventory on their website. Second, the cans cannot seal like the jugs so they would lead to a lot of wasted formula (and my money). Third, they did NOT even try to same the correct number of ounces. For example, I received 96 ounces instead of 192 ounces. Most importantly, the company has not replied to any of my follow up notes to try to help make this better in ANY WAY. This is a scam, robbery, and please avoid this business who takes advantage of new parents!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER IF YOU ARE NOT READY TO BE STRESSED. THEY GAVE A LOT OF HEADACHE. ORDERED 16 cans but only received 8. No reply, no apologies, no resolution.

Never received duocal, they never responded to my multiple inquiries, and I still have no resolution.

Always got my Earth's Best formula on time and the dates are always far in the future (like a year out). I honestly don't know what others are talking about on here. Fake formula? Are you kidding me? Who the hell makes fake baby formula? One time I ordered a larger size of cans and they sent the same amount in smaller cans. It wasn't that big of a deal, but otherwise fast shipping and saved a bit of money.
