The guaranteed replacement is not true
The guaranteed replacement is not true! It's false advertisement. They said, as soon as you purchase one pair of Babiators you're automatically qualified to receive a second pair Free if your product is lost or broken, just pay for shipping. First, they create unnecessary steps, so you're not automatically qualified. Even you have a valid proof of purchase, they wouldn't care and do anything for the "automatically qualified to receive a second pair"
Secondly, they boost up the shipping cost, the shipping cost is so unreasonable. They should say, you can buy a 2nd pair with a discount. It's definitely not free. So stop lying, or don't offer any guaranteed replacement. It's unethical to run a business like that!

They’re designed to be both fun and durable, so it’s great to hear they’re living up to that so far! If you ever need anything, we’re always here to help.
The customer service is something you wouldn't like to experience with!
I had to chase them multiple times to get the sunglasses replaced. They didn’t bother to offer a free replacement even after multiple complaints, and in the end, I had to collect the parcel from a location a mile away from my house.
Never again!
