The glasses arrived in super quick time. They are so cute and came in a lovely carry bag. They are perfect.

Cute baby sized sunnies! I got one for each of my kids :) I like the fact there's super fast shipping and they're polarised for better UV protection.

Absolutely love this brand - Yes they are quite pricey. but they have a lifetime warranty which is fantastic given the fact kids always lose and break them! Customer service wonderful too, always fast helpful replies. Fast becoming one of our favourite brands! x

We love our new sunglasses for baby. She is still quite small so will grow into them more but they will definitely help us get out walking in the winter sun and protect her eyes.

These were great for a recent holiday with our 5 month old! We were tempted by cheap shades but wanted something we knew would be protecting her eyes. We got sunglasses and the strap to keep them on and she loved them (so did everyone else) she didn’t touch or mess with them at all. They ended up thrown in the bottom of my bag at a few points and still in perfect condition.
We had an email to say the original pair was damaged in transit and they sent another out straight way.
Would 100% recommend.

My Grandson Lucas aged 2 and three quarters said I like my new glasses Grandad and I promise to wear them when I am watching my I Pad, Mummy thinks he looks like Harry Potter.

Edit:
1. They were faulty, the lens popped in and out, when only pressed on lightly. I’ve got a video of it. If you are saying they’re not faulty, I’m wary of your standards and other customers should be too.
2. How did they fall outside the standard guarantee? They were faulty and I contacted you immediately?

Your response is the standard lack of accountability and poor customer service response that most companies now offer. Very disappointing!

Babiators sent me a faulty pair of sunglasses. The lenses popped in and out of the frame slightly. I sent them a video of this, they asked for them to be returned and they’d send me a new pair out once I’d confirmed return. Slightly frustrating, but fair enough. They sent out the replacement pair, same fault. They wanted me to send them back for a full refund.
1. Why not check the pair for the same fault before sending? (The answer, because I queried, is that they get lots of orders and it’s impossible. Bit of a cop out and not good enough.
2. They point blank refused to refund me until they received them back.

This is not good enough. I had to make 2 trips to the post office to return 2 pairs of faulty glasses so I could finally get my money back.

I was offered a £15 voucher, which I’ve now used to buy a pair I've previously purchased that I know has no faults.

This company is fine when it all goes well, but if it doesn’t, their customer service is a nightmare! The “guarantee” really is a waste of time, as you have to faff about posting them back etc.

Got a good pair o' Julios in the sale and they arrived quickly, no delay, no problems.

Good quality and have been very sturdy in very little hands. Keep losing them though so try to keep track of them! Our grandson is two and a half and loves being a cool dude in his glasses!

Great quality polarised glasses for my baby, flexible frames, lovely design and really quick delivery. Fit them well now at 4 months with room to grow with the 0-2 year glasses.

My daughter loves these glasses, we have had them since she was 3 years old and she’s now 8 and one her 3rd pair.

Would definitely recommend they protect their eyes, don’t break or scratch or hurt behind the ears. Worth the money compared to keep buying cheaper pairs because they break.
