Azur Skoda Anmeldelser 5

Azur Skoda is a misnomer, it is now Birchwood Kia but they still aim to attract Skoda customers by pretending to be Skoda. Sadly though they do not have the diagnostic tools for fault finding (as I learnt to my cost).
Record keeping seems to be another problem: I today had an email from Skoda telling me that my car service is overdue - Skoda or Kia (?) did this service at my request only a few days ago.
Alll in all I have lost confidence in their ability to look after my car.

Absolutely awful customer service. They promised the world, delivered nothing.

I first called yesterday morning to order a wheel bolt security key to replace the one I lost.The need is urgent as without it I am concerned about getting a puncture and not being able to use the spare.I have called at least 8 times and at each call I have been promised a call back from the parts department which has not materialised. I have tried to get contact details of senior management in order to complain and this has been denied.I tried to use the chat function and was informed it was for car sales only!!!

Avoid this company if aftersales service is important to you. I am also looking for a new car and Skoda are now low on the list

I bought my Skoda Fabia from Azur Skoda in 2012. The car is fine but I have noted a marked decline in the last year over their quality of service. This has culminated in my utter frustration over the latest episode. Over the past month I have been bombarded by emails that my MOT and service are due, (which I knew). A week ago I decided to book a slot online. I received in effect an 'out of office message' but that they would get back to me. After three days I phoned up to ask why I still had not received a confirmation of my booking. I was told that the person I was talking to could not access the online booking system (???) however she said she would get back to me. After about 6 hours I phoned again to find out why nobody had got back to me. I was told by the person I spoke to that though my earlier call had been logged she could do nothing as they were both terribly busy and were also short staffed. I pointed out that my online booking was nearly a week old and that not withstanding their excuses their quality of service was substandard. To date I have had no response from Azur Skoda and have therefore taken my business elsewhere. If anyone visits their premises do notice the staff wanderining around aimlessly at great speed essentially doing bugger all.

I have previously visited this dealership for many years and until now have had an excellent experience. I felt I needed to share my experience with others so they do not suffer like I have.

Not knowing much about cars I put my faith in them which they have now betrayed, which has left me feeling foolish and will an extortionate bill.

Their Customer Service overall is appalling. No communication, pressured upselling, delayed work, no compassion, no appreciation, no consideration, no explanation and no justification.

For the high prices which they charge you'd expect a premium service. If you visit here this is not what you will be receiving in my opinion.
