Callum was very helpful in securing my next role in the civil engineering field. Often times, agents can apply pressure and employ marketing tactics but Callum had a curious and neutral demeanour which was refreshing, helpful and motivating.

I’d been looking to hire a Head of Professional Services for a little while, we approached Steve who was recommended by a client. He took time to understand our requirement and culture of the business. He listened and delivered a shortlist of suitable candidates, which has resulted in us filling the position.
