We faced many challenges in resolving your case. You were granted a Fee Waiver, and we submitted your application for Leave to Remain in the UK based on your British child. Unfortunately, it was refused at the time because you were unable to obtain your daughter's British passport.
You were torn between pursuing a court process to secure your daughter's passport or reapplying for Leave to Remain in the hope that you could obtain the passport in the meantime. You decided to apply for a Fee Waiver again, which was granted, and we submitted your Leave to Remain application once more. Thankfully, you received your daughter's British passport just before the deadline set by the Home Office!
Now, you have permission to stay in the UK, allowing you to live and work here without worry. I am truly happy for you and wish you countless joyful moments with your beloved daughter, as well as a bright and successful future ahead.

From the first conversation with Sonia, she set out expectations and information to be provided. Reviewing them as and when provided and the process was a two way street. There was consistent open dialogue in which we could raise queries and clarifications and honestly the approach from Axis was professional and yet relaxed so we didn't feel so tense considering we are dealing with the home office which is always an intense ordeal. I would 100% recommend.
