I had a very positive experience with Axis Solicitors for my spouse visa extension application. Mohammed Olly, Sabagul and Amirul Islam were extremely professional, cooperative, and friendly throughout the entire process.
They were always ready to listen to us, explain everything clearly, and support us at every stage of the application, which made the process much less stressful. Their professionalism combined with their friendly and approachable attitude really stood out.

Excellent service from Ruhama

Axis Solicitors have been outstanding…
Axis Solicitors have been outstanding from start to finish on my asylum case, and I am now officially recognised as a refugee in the UK thanks to their work. I felt supported, well prepared and genuinely cared for at every step.
Vani has been exceptional. She is extremely organised, clear and patient, and always took the time to explain complex legal points in a way I could understand. She kept me updated, prepared me thoroughly for each stage, and reassured me whenever I was anxious. She even went above and beyond and worked through weekends. I always felt that she knew my case in detail and that I was in safe hands.
Alanta has also been brilliant, especially with communication and follow up. Emails were answered quickly, documents were handled carefully.
I also want to thank Khalid, who worked with me earlier in the process and helped shape the foundation of my case. His early support and guidance were very important.

I was disappointed with the service I…
I was disappointed with the service I received. I felt that I was not properly guided throughout the process and several of my questions were left unanswered. During one in-person meeting, the solicitor called someone else to ask for advice rather than explaining matters clearly to me directly, which made me feel uncertain about the handling of my case.
When I raised these concerns, I was told that if I wanted further clarification, I would need to pay additional fees to speak to another colleague. This left me feeling that my concerns were not being prioritised.
Sameera akhter was the person dealing to me and asked money twice despite being paid the consultation fee.
Unfortunately, due to this lack of clarity and support, I decided to discontinue working with the firm. I hope they improve their communication and client care in the future

In fact, after the consultation was concluded, you continued calling and asking the same questions repeatedly.
While we love enthusiasm, there does come a point where even the most patient solicitor has to say: we’ve already answered this… several times.
Regarding your concerns about guidance: occasionally, solicitors may need to call a colleague for advice to ensure they are giving accurate information. We understand this may have felt uncertain, but rest assured it was done in the interest of getting it right, not to confuse you further.
On the topic of additional fees: once the consultation concludes, any ongoing detailed advice naturally requires further engagement.
Despite this, we addressed every question you raised, often more than once.
Asking us to endlessly the same scenario without becoming a client isn’t something we can sustainably provide.
We understand that the advice you received might not have been what you were hoping for, but it is the truth.
Best Axis Solicitors in Manchester
Axis Solicitors once again did a great job in helping me and my partner get our spouse Visa extension approved. They did our original spouse visa and now our extension. I must give a special thanks to Sonia who was very patient and accommodating, she answer all our queries and was prompt in replying to phone calls and emails. Worth Every Penny!
Khalid Patel and his team provided me with outstanding service and expert guidance.
They were very prompt in responding to emails, friendly and courteous, and made the entire process clear and easy to understand. With their help, I made sure I had all of the proper documentation and filled out the forms correctly so that when I submitted my application, everything went through the first time. They always let me know the status of my case and talked me through each step through approval of my application.

When I worked into this firm , they were nothing but very welcoming.
