This is the worst insurance company ever in the world , take into consideration that you will py for no service , every tiny request needs a long queue of approvals then guess what all of procedures will be rejected , so do not waste your time and your money subscribing to it
Plus their medical network is the worst ever and it has a very small number of providers can be counted on one hand
The worst choice ever was to have subscription to us and our employees with them

Severe Delay and Conflicting Dates for Critical Lumbar Puncture Test Results - Identification via Name and Phone

Dear AXA Global/Customer Relations Team,

I am writing to register an urgent and formal complaint regarding the service I received through the AXA network in Egypt, specifically concerning a highly sensitive medical procedure.

Details of the Case:

Procedure: Lumbar Puncture (LP)

Date of Procedure: November 13th

Providers: GMC Hospital and OneHealth Clinics

AXA Policy No.: Not available at this time. Identification is provided via Name and Contact Number.

The Problem (Delay and Mismanagement):

Since the procedure, I have received severely conflicting and unacceptable information regarding the test results:

Initial Promise: The results were promised within 7 to 10 days.

First Delay: I was then told to call the lab, and the new expected duration was 14 days.

Current Situation: After multiple visits and follow-ups, I was informed that only half of the results are ready, and the remaining critical part will not be available until December 7th.

Crucially, I only managed to obtain accurate information regarding this timeline after personally visiting the hospital multiple times, even going to the lab itself late in the evening (around 8 PM). It is unacceptable that I had to physically chase the service provider to receive basic updates.

Impact and Severity:

This lack of organization and continuous misinformation is causing significant distress and psychological burden. Most importantly, the extreme delay is preventing my physician from finalizing a correct diagnosis and starting the appropriate treatment plan for my condition.

This delay has forced me to cancel a scheduled appointment with my treating physician, as the critical test results are not available. This is causing an unacceptable delay in my official diagnosis and the commencement of necessary treatment.

Had I been informed of the correct timeline (until December 7th) from the beginning, the situation would have been much simpler.

Call to Action:

I demand immediate intervention from the AXA Global team to:

Expedite the final, missing part of my Lumbar Puncture results.

Provide a clear and official explanation for this severe delay and the conflicting communications from your network providers.

I expect this matter to be treated with the utmost urgency, given the critical nature of the test.

حجزت موعد كشف فى مركز (وان هيلثOneHealth by AXA) فى هليوبوليس الكوربة يوم ٦/٢٧ .
وعندما ذهبت للكشف فى الموعد طلب منى موظف الحجز ان اعطيه البطاقة الشخصية قبل الدخول الى الطبيب ولما رفضت لانه لايوجد علاقة فى الكشف فى العيادات بأخذ البطاقة الشخصية قال الموظف دى سياسة المكان وطلبت المديرة كان ردها (اشوف البطاقة الشخصية بعدها ادخلك للدكتور )وحولت اقنعهم انه لايوجد سند قانونى يسمح لهم بطلب بطاقتى قبل الدخول للدكتور ولم اتمكن من الدخول والكشف رغم مرضى
