My order was placed early may and has been in “dispatch” for weeks until this very moment.
You guys dont answer your whatsapp chat, email, or the stupid chat service on your website. Yet, you are very active here trying to protect your already shameful public image.
I hope the investors will realize that the current management are not worthy of the 30mill$ investment. There is absolutely no doubt your team will not get through these times, and it will be most deserved.
I will not provide my order information here. Because you know what? I’m not gonna help you look like you care about your customers. If you actually care, then you would atleast reply to emails sent a month ago or atleast acknowledge receipts of messages on your whataspp account.
I will report the transaction to my card company and I will get my money back. I will also report you to the authorities for taking payments when you knew firsthand that you shutdown your operations.
May you drown in fines, and all of your management get replaced. If not, then may Awok never survive this storm. There is no way in hell your leadership are worthy to be the next Jeff Bezos.

This is to inform you that for one order 5 times payment was deducted. Order no 377-442-85A-1. Material was also returned. They just returned refund of two times and still they are holding up 3 times payment which is amounting to approx 260 AED. Nobody is bothered to reply. I have write so many emails to you but they are least bothered to refund the money.

I have purchased iPhone xr and received it after almost three months and used it for less than three months and discovered that it is locked and wasn’t able to change my SIM card to any other carrier and raised a complaint then they collected the phone to fix that issue as I couldn’t even be able to use it with any sim & as per Apple customer service they have to unlock it from the network, Now can I get an update regarding my iPhone that you have collected for the repair last January for my complaint 381-576-003-151 dated 10 December 2019

Not yet received the amount and even didn't get any proper response for my emails. Just receiving only the robot replies. I hope that they closed their business. Almost it's more than 50 days. They mentioned in their website that they will refund within 5-7 working days.
Don't trust this online website. From my experience i feel that they are not legit since there is no way to contact them to complain or reclaim my money.

Just a reply that you are sorry doesnt help. I will raise this complaint to Dubai consumer department if response/shipment not recieved.
Order# 33869089A1, placed on 25.05.2020 and paid in full. Today is 14th June and have not received the shipment. No one responds to email or reminders.
Call centre is worst i have been trying to get in touch for the past 2 days only answering machine. i need to know the status of my shipment. Once it receive this order I will never place any order from Awok nor will I recommend any one. Hope to receive feedback soon.
