Order placed on the March 21 and not delivered so far. The customer service has been contacted in multiple ways but doesn’t respond. Parcel tracking gives no specific information except that the delivery failed. So far the shopping experience is very bad.

Your order was indeed shipped with a delay of 2 days, and we completely understand how frustrating that can be. At the moment, the parcel is already available at the pickup point, awaiting your collection.
We kindly ask for your understanding that all of our leather products are entirely handmade and produced on demand. Your order also coincided with the Easter period, which includes several public holidays and a significantly higher volume of orders than usual. Unfortunately, this can sometimes lead to small delays like the one you experienced.
That said, we take your feedback seriously, especially regarding the difficulty in reaching our customer service, and we’ll work to improve this.
We truly hope that once you receive your order, you’ll be completely satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship of the product.

Très beau journal, je suis satisfaite de mon achat. À noter cependant que les cahiers intérieurs ne sont pas fournis à l’achat du nomad, mais ce n’est qu’un détail puisqu’il est compatible avec n’importe quel cahier en A5.

Attention à l’emballage, le transport peut abîmer les carnets.

C’etait un cadeau pour ma sœur qui habite au Portugal, j’ai contacté le service client afin de leur demander s’il etait possible de ne pas mettre de détail de prix sur la facture glissée dans le paquet, leur réponse a ete rapide et l'équipe m’a même demandé si je voulais qu’un mot manuscrit soit glissé dans le paquet, ce qui a été fait et j’avoue que cette attention m’a beaucoup touchée ainsi que ma sœur lorsqu'elle a ouvert le paquet.
Service client au top
Comme les carnets sont fait sur mesure, il y a un petit délai entre 3 et 7 jours selon la commande. La livraison s’est très bien passée. Le paquet était vraiment soigné.
Le produit est réalisé avec un très beau cuire et le papier de qualité. Ma sœur etait ravie de ce présent.

Ich bin eher nicht begeistert
Ich bin eher nicht begeistert. Von aussen sieht rs top aus, innen sieht dad Leder nicht so doll aus. Das, für Kreditkarten vorgesehene Fach, ist zu schmal, keine Karte passt da rein. In das zweite Fach kann man die Karten auch nicht stecken, da diese hier immer herausfallen. Die Gummibänder für die Befestigung des Kalenders sind auch nicht besonders vertauenswürdig. Gesamteindruck, eher mittrlmäßig.

Unser Leder durchläuft einen sehr strengen Auswahl- und Selektionsprozess, um sicherzustellen, dass wir ausschließlich mit Rohmaterialien höchster Qualität arbeiten. Wir verwenden ausschließlich pflanzlich gegerbtes Full-Grain-Leder, das seine natürliche Struktur bewahrt und mit der Zeit eine schöne Patina entwickelt.
Bezüglich der Kartenfächer sind diese exakt auf die Maße einer Standard-Kreditkarte ausgelegt. Zu Beginn kann es daher notwendig sein, die Karten etwas fester einzusetzen, da das Leder noch neu und formstabil ist. Diese Entscheidung ist bewusst getroffen: Mit der Zeit gibt das Leder leicht nach, sodass die Karten auch nach Jahren sicher gehalten werden, ohne locker zu sitzen oder herauszufallen.
Was die Gummibänder betrifft: Auch wenn sie optisch filigran wirken, können wir deren hohe Qualität sowie mehr als ausreichende Elastizität und Belastbarkeit garantieren, um all Ihre Inhalte sicher an ihrem Platz zu halten.

Our leather goes through an intensive selection process to ensure we work exclusively with the highest-quality raw materials. We use only vegetable-tanned, full-grain leather, preserving its natural structure and allowing it to age beautifully over time.
Regarding the card compartments, they are designed exactly to the dimensions of a standard credit card. At first, the fit may feel tight and require a bit of pressure, as the leather is still firm. This is intentional: as the leather naturally softens and adapts with use, the slots will slightly widen, ensuring that cards remain securely held even after years of use, without becoming loose.
As for the elastic bands, although they may appear slim, we can assure you they are made from high-quality materials with more than enough strength and durability to keep all your belongings safely in place.
