Thank you, Ross, for your feedback. We’re truly sorry the decoration on your award didn’t come out as expected. As soon as the issue was identified, we offered several options to make it right: a free replacement, a discount if you chose to keep the item, or a full refund with return of the product.
We understand that wasn’t the resolution you were hoping for, but we do have to follow our policy: full refunds require a return. We stand by our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction and appreciate the opportunity to address the issue promptly.
