I ordered my blinds in the middle of August 2020. I received them after 2 weeks and I absolutely can not stress enough how much I love them. They are well made, fit my window perfectly and will help keep the heat out. They have such a great amount of colors and you just can’t beat the price. I will be ordering more.

EXCELLENT QUALITY
Not sure of the quality of their products so I ordered 1 simple blackout roller shade for my bathroom and am extremely happy with the quality and fit and just ordered another one for my other bathroom window! The shade material quality is an excellent thick vinyl and the roller mechanism is spring loaded so it is forgiving on fit, mine fit perfectly. EXTREMELY HAPPY with my purchase, and will definitely recommend and use them again!!

I searched the web and found the best price for custom made shades. The website was very easy to use with many options. Once ordered customer service followed up to insure proper measurements were submitted. Although we had to wait for our order because of the COVID pandemic, it was worth the wait. Great Customer Service and feee samples!
I wasn’t sure what product to order for my windows and the customer service was so knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to order sample swatches for free which arrived very quickly and helped pick the perfect color! When the blinds arrived they were exactly I wanted! Great quality and a beautiful product! Would highly recommend!

Beautiful outdoor shades
Our beautiful outdoor shades arrived in a timely manner as stated on our purchase order. The custom sizes were perfect and installation was a breeze. In addition, before placing our order the customer service rep was very helpful in giving us pros and cons on the different shades. When it’s time to replace some inside blinds I know exactly where I’m getting them from!

Width and length fit perfectly, easy to install myself from the online instructions. Nice tilt mechanism, feels solid when closing or opening the blinds. The valance was a nice surprise, comes with the side pieces for a high end finished look.

Wait 6 to 7 weeks to still be disastisified.
After receiving our blinds after a month and half we opened our well awaited packages to begin putting up our blinds. We purchased 490$ in 5 sets of 2.5 inch blinds. First of all one the the sets of blinds had the drop cord and wand on the wrong side small but didn't match the other units.. Next they sent us 8 metal screws to put up the blinds.. Each set of blinds requires 6 screws minimal.. We were then told they don't deal with the packaging or making of the blinds its another company and they would have to get with them to receive new screws?? After paying what we paid you would think something so important to putting up blinds would be included. So they want us to wait for another set of screws ?? another few weeks ?? Really??? I will never purchase from this 3rd party company again and I advise all to use another company to purchase products.. Maybe a company that stands by their so called product they don't make, or ship, or provide.. just a home for telemarketers I assume.

We apologize that the manufacturer did not include enough screws for installation, it was a simple oversight that was not intentional. As stated in our email reply, which was sent after hours on a holiday, we said that we would have the manufacturer send you the screws.
You replied that it is "bull" and that you already purchased screws. So, we replied and asked that you email us the receipt for the screws to see what we could do, even though our policies clearly state that in the event of missing parts, they will be re-sent and that we cannot pay for parts that you choose to buy. The reason it is policy to not pay for parts that a customer purchases, is that anyone can claim a screw is missing and request payment. No companies pay for customer purchased parts, yet we offered to see what could be done if you would email us the receipt, which you refused to do, indicating that the screws were most likely not missing in the first place. Policies are agreed to during checkout, to protect both the customer and us. Sadly, you would rather slander a company that made every effort to assist, than to accept the assistance.
Additionally, yes, we are a retailer, we are not a manufacturer. This is the same for our competitors, as they are not manufacturers either. Not once in your emails did you mention a mistake on a product, which seems odd that you would point out missing screws but not a product issue. Upon picture proof of the issue, the product would be remade correctly at no cost to you, if it was really made incorrectly.
We also apologize that due to COVID-19 manufacturer production times are running longer than normal, as the safety of manufacturer workers is the highest priority. However, your order shipped exactly within the estimated shipping dates that we provided on your order status, matching the estimated production times listed on our website. We apologize that you expected the product faster than we stated it would take. Thank you for your understanding during the global pandemic.

I had a problem in finding the correct measurement. Just called the Company and was given the correct measurement to use.

Excellent product and service
There were so many different online blind companies that I didn't know which to choose. I randomly selected Award Blinds and what was really appealing to me was that they had an excellent explanation of how to measure and order the blinds. They also had 1" faux wood blinds which is what I wanted. So I went with them and was not disappointed with their product and service.
