I am pleased to report that I have today spoken with Andy Maude who I dealt with beforevwhen he was with Sterling Woodrow. With him joining ULLCOM I'm happy that he would not join forces if he had any doubts about Mr Ullah's

BELOW IS MY PREVIOUS REVIEW:
(((I have had investments with Avora since 2021 and up till now been extremely satisfied. Since the takeover by Mr Ullah have not been able to get any answers one of my investments expired in November but NOBODY gives me any answers. I managed to speak to Mr Ullah many weeks ago one Friday evening and he promised to get back to me by Monday. No response. Have emailed continuously and left telephone message after message. That message box is now full! I have recommended Avora to many people and now I am feeling so guilty that this was a bad move.

IN RESPONSE TO AVORA'S REPLY:
What is the point asking us to call when nobody answers the phones. I have already said that I have left numerous messages without success.
Just a short phone call to let me know who is the agent I should be dealing with would go a long way to easing my mind.
I would be happy to remove and update my review, once this has been done.))))

I spoke to Thomas on the phone. They are in the process of restructuring (new company is Ullcom) and the new website will be available in 1-3 months. Emails will be sent out in a month and they will be more responsive on the phone as somebody is starting with them next week. He apologized that the previous ownership did not communicate properly with us shareholders. They are currently working to maximize their earning potential. I hope they keep their promises.

Average Capital have sold off the company to a new owner without informing investors that they are selling. I am waiting for my December quarterly returns all of a sudden I get an email from the new company director stating returns will be given yearly no indication of what the returns will be percentage wise. How unprofessional is that from Stirling Woodrow the do called professional company that introduced me yo Avora saying it's their sister. What happened to the 5 year contract I was in with an annual 8% return and 30% bonus when the company would be sold off in 5 years or the alternative exit strategy after 5 years with a 15% bonus??????

I've always received my payments on time. I love how helpful they were with answering all of my questions and have now invested twice into Avora Capital due to the returns and security features in place.

I've been invested now for over a year, I found the onboarding process simple, I receive my payments on time and have had no issues , unlike my btl. I'm happy to recommend Avora Capital.

I was referred to Avora Capital by a close family friend and felt at ease straight away by the lovely gentleman on the phone - after doing due diligence and asking many questions I was over the moon to sign on the dotted line and start receiving my returns - they are always in my account on time and I thoroughly enjoy my catch up calls and updates - I have now made me second investment and pleased to report everything is going brilliantly

Been using Avora for a while now, they know their stuff and I’m pretty happy with the results.

I have now invested 3 times with Avora, i have always received my coupon payments on time and have been kept updated with their property acquisition. In fact i have personally visited some of the social housing properties up North which do exactly what they say on the tin. Gary and Rob understand the market and i look forward to hearing about there London purchases soon.

Would give zero if I could. Avora Capital are also known as: Sterling Woodrow, Gryphon Leisure, Stradey Partners Ltd, Perennial Hotels, Gallant Street Corp, etc. I hope you've enjoyed reading about the unregulated investments you've all made. The owners Gary & Robert have destroyed all these and the hotel to boot. Just look at the pic of the inside!! Sterling Woodrow: You may be able to remove yourself from Trustpilot but you can't get rid of Llanelli residents so easily. Time to go back to England, which is that way.

Was interested in this but on a search on different sites including Twitter the overwhelming answer was do not touch. You will not see one review where the funds have been paid out on exit and the fact it is unregulated should be a concern. 6% interest on fixed term saving with Investor compensation applicable to 85k why would you take the in my opinion very large risk

The directors Robert and Gareth can’t help themselves! But Edward! What are you doing mixed up with them?
This is not a real investment, it’s all to good to be true and I will be keeping my money safe and investing with a Reputable REGULATED Company!!!

I can only assume scammers?
Not responded for weeks and refuse to answer about their plan to shut down the flourishing business of the Stradey park hotel, which is within a small village of 400, and have 100 staff
To shut down the hotels use in weeks and use it to house 300 illegal immigrants, completely changing the infrastructure of the village, job losses, a large impact on other businesses

Switched to this business name for contact, aswell as using ‘Sterling Woodrow’ which is the company name used for this hotel, and they have a few other sister companies, same owners though 🤷🏼‍♀️

Check these owners out yourselves, struck off in 2019 - reinvented under another business name and go to ground

If investing in companies that use your money to close down hotels in order to house immigrants whilst sacking staff who have worked there for years is your thing, then enjoy your time in hell

I invested a considerable sum with Avora and am happy to report that I received my first payment this month. The company have been transparent and professional and I feel well looked after. It’s always a risk investing in property speculation with such a high return promised, but the social housing investment seems stable and much less hassle than buy-to-let. I hope I’m proven right!
