Avi Ivatorov with eXp Realty of NYC Anmeldelser

কিছু সাহায্য চাই 🤣🤣🤣

Avi was exceptional and was able to very quickly help us unload our apartment earlier this year before our move to SC. My wife and I would definitely use him again if we ever have a need in New York

they were friendly, professional, and showed genuine interest in our situation, and went out of their way to help. We finally got our new home, late June, and a big thanks to avi for all their help, it really did help reduce the stress!

Absolutely fantastic service, Avi was just fantastic and was in contact all the time to keep me up to date with information. Would definitely use Avi Ivatorov again. I can recommend him.

Very good experience with Avi at exp realty. He helped us find our apartment and always made sure we never had issues. Thanks Avi!

We have worked with Avi on purchasing our condo. There were tight deadlines and rough negotiations, but everything was managed really well. Avi would always respond to us quickly. Excellent experience, we'll be happy to utilize his service in the future. highly recommended!

Having previously used the services of eXp Realty of NYC in the purchase and subsequent resale of my Father in Law’s flat, some three years later. They couldn’t have been more helpful and proactive. So when we decided to review any downsizing options, their help and honest evaluation of our situation helped us to come to the conclusion that, for the foreseeable future at least, we were better placed where we currently live. However we would certainly use their services again should we need them.

A first class service from the start to finish. Responded quickly and efficiently to all of our queries. The whole team was exceptional as they were always available to discuss progress of the sale of our property and regularly kept me informed of all developments. Would have absolutely no hesitation to recommend them.

One of the top realtors in Brooklyn without a doubt. Highly recommended!

Avi is amazing! He’s very detail oriented, communicative and professional. He listens to your wants and needs and goes the extra mile! Whether you’re looking to buy or sell Avi is your man!!

Avi has been so amazing! A family friend gave me his business card, I came to him and didn’t know where to start. He quickly broke down the process for me and got me pre qualified. Not even 24 hours later he was sending me homes to look at. He’s been so attentive whether it’s been texting, calling and emailing back and forth. Already I feel so comfortable and he’s made me excited for this whole process! Honestly, very happy with my experience.

Avi was a pleasure to work with. He was very straight forward and professional, but more importantly he was honest and trustworthy. He made our experience, a painless one, and we appreciated that ! I would highly recommend that you contact Avi if you are looking to buy or sell a home !!
Thanks again!

My husband and I can not thank Avi enough. He was available for every text, phone call and email I sent him from the first day we met all the way to the finish line. Avi made this experience so easy. We will be sure to recommend Avi to anyone who needs a real estate agent.

My experience with Avi was phenomenal. We have been looking to expand and get another location for quite some time and we have been having a hard time deciding on where we want to be.
Long story short, Avi was able to do his due diligence, assisted us in the scouting process and helped us choose the perfect demographic setting that fits perfectly for our business. The professionalism and the effort that Avi put is astounding. I would HIGHLY recommend Avi to all my friends and family.

TLDR; Avi is GREAT, picks up the phone and is extremely flexible and is very responsive. Helped us secure the dream office.

When we wanted to sell our home, I Googled "Best Realtor in Brooklyn," and Avi´s name came up at the top of the list. I wasn't disappointed. Avi is just the best at everything. He is friendly, courteous, professional, smart, and strategic. He made the whole process seem almost effortless. I felt completely comfortable putting our home in his hands. Avi was careful not to raise our expectations too high but, in the end, we realized a sale price far beyond what we had hoped for. I can't recommend Avi highly enough.

I purchased my first home with the help of Avi over 3 years ago and am still loving the beautiful condo I am living in.. Avi was very pleasant to work with, professional, patient, and accommodating. I would recommend him as a realtor.

My experience with Avi was excellent. He was there every step of the way. Highly recommended, Thank you Avi!
