Absolutely disgrace.. can’t win due to bots and if you do win you get banned.. was playing 8ball strike play to win.. won £13 and while I was waiting for that to be paid I played more games and won a further £17 then got banned they told me it was for violating terms but won’t tell me what terms I violated.. absolutely disgraceful.

The games are fun but no matter how much you win it’s all in bonus cash that you can’t withdraw. I had won like $17 and only $0.80 was available for withdrawal lmao. Does that make any sense??

I'm really unsatisfied with this. It wouldn't let me withdrawal process of £700 go through. It doesn't even follow basic guidelines of keeping gamblers to not overspend their money. The age verification is completely poor. It says it's a pegi 3 rating on the app store even though it's a gambling app, which by law has to be pegi 18. I want a complete refund of my transactions with this game. It's completely misleading and really fooled me. Filled with bots and can't even follow basic gambling recommendations. I'm going to fight to gain my money back as this app is seriously not legitimate at all and doesn't prioritise customers safety and protection. I would like a complete refund for this poor service. I'm really really unhappy with this and it has set me back so much financially and emotionally, my mental health has seriously been depleted even though its meant to be a game where I was meant to enjoy myself. I'm in such a depressive state and the last thing I want from this game is my money back and to do nothing with it again.

I feel like I was scammed into this thing. I was bored at the airport and wanted to burn time with some game. All of a sudden, I'm seeing several withdrawals from my account. It wasn't transparent at all.

Regarding Solitaire Clash:
I do not recommend this game
There’s many reasons why I don’t recommend them primarily it has to do with the way they process withdrawals. When you first start winning, it’s easy to get your money. But if you continue winning, they limit the number of withdrawals you can make in a day if you start withdrawal frequently during the week then they want you to verify your PayPal or Venmo or credit card so you do that and then if you start winning some more they want to scan in your drivers license or passport, which is absolutely unnecessary. What bothers me is they never ask you for your drivers license or passport to send them money. I do not trust this company enough to give them a copy of my ID. I just think that’s very very shady to ask for a copy of somebody’s ID. Especially when it wasn’t disclosed when they deposited money into the game to play.

Aviagames support are no help with issues. I got locked out of my account and they say they can't help me or tell me what happened to my account. Don't use them if you don't want issues. It's a scam.

they closed my account on the pretext that i have other accounts.

I will file a criminal complaint against the director of CHEN, for fraud through bot methods and money laundering.

I had a very concerning experience with Aviagames.

In March 2025, I clearly informed their support team that I had multiple accounts and provided all the account IDs. I also raised concerns about my behaviour and requested that restrictions be applied to prevent further deposits.

Despite this, I was still able to continue depositing money across multiple accounts, including accounts that were already known to them.

Their response later confirmed that restrictions were only applied on an individual account basis and not across all accounts, even though they were aware that I held multiple accounts.

Because of this failure to implement proper safeguards, I incurred further financial losses that could have been prevented.

When I requested a refund, they refused and relied on their terms stating they do not provide refunds.

This is not about losing money — it is about the company being aware of a customer’s situation and failing to take appropriate action.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

Played one of there games call 8 ballstrike completed 2 fifferent stages and watching the videos as asked to receive the payout nothing has been deposit in my cash app l am disappointed with the game and owner or creator of this app l am starting to believe this is a scam after reading your reviews fair is fair l also saw law suites against your company will it result to that please look into this asap if theres another 3rd party involved please have them payout as suppose to . i like how they say there aren't bots but i beat solitare in 40 seconds at my best and there no way any other human could have beat me but the score said otherwise. if i had close to 5k but the other person was a little over 5k that means they did it in 10-15 secs which shouldn't be possible. i dont deposit in here i just use the daily rewards and stuff and cash out $10-20 every week. Also I would keep track of the all the bingo numbers that were called and sometimes there's no way a board could be complete yet there's a couple people who did complete a bingo board when it's not possible if we are all playing the same card just competing on the time. like how does someone score 46,000 on bingo when the highest possibility with eveything excellent was 25,000. i just like that now that i stop despoiling money im actually making a little off this place now

DO NOT USE ANY game under these scammers. If you still decide to after reading these reviews then jokes on you. I love Solitaire but could tell early on that it’s a scam. I also work in technology so spotting bots and cracks in the system is easy to see. Proceed with caution!

I recently submitted withdrawal and as with each previous request I received within couple hours I have played Avia games Bingo tour to be exact I have played for well over a year or two. During that time I had a one issue or my game froze contacted support they were great they returned my funds that I used to enter a tournament easy peasy I would recommend this app to anyone as of today Tuesday March 10th 2026 I think I submitted my 10th maybe 11th withdrawal request and received in a couple hours to my PayPal no problems I did contact support just to inquire about the timeline for my own curiosity and my concerns were promptly addressed the team was professional and kind and very knowledgeable and kept me well updated on the process. And as for the support team thank you for your prompt and timely response as well as the end of details you provided I felt well informed throughout the entire process and truly appreciate the professionalism between showed toward my concerns. My initial inquiry has been addressed and timing Manner and is now resolved. I felt as though my concerns were a top priority and was treated like a VIP. While many companies drive for that level of service and fail the Avia team has been outstanding and has restored my faith in companies that claim their consumers are a priority. Nice work to the whole team a round of applause! Dinner should be on your boss tonight.

Over a week now STILL no respond and now even lying on review reply’s saying they have I have contacted them on 6! Different platforms and still no respond this company is illegal! And have stolen a lot of money by closing an account down which should t of even been allowed open as this was my teenage daughters and the money she had won is also lost along with the money she put on due to these closing the account when I asked refund the funds before closing! They are denying there was money ever put on! I have screenshots of the money on the game and the money that had been put on!

Bingo bliss anytime I make a new account and put a withdrawal in they ban my account but Bingo clash and Bingo tour and solitaire clash has never done that till the other day Bingo clash did it and I won far and square n they say after I take the 2 and 7 bonus cash deal and a in 90 they banned me smh

I started to win in new game Mahjong and right after that this game was limited to $0.60 per game only. I contacted tech support and they said it is randomly happening to some users. Ok. I have another account on different device, started to win there too (~$1000) in 2 days and surprise surprise, Mahjong is limited too. I texted support again and they lied again about randomness. If you have a game for everyone to play don’t limit it. It is not fair

Total scam beware do not download any games affiliated with Avia they're complete scammers they charge my account and I had no idea supposedly I had won some cash withdrew and then few hours later they went in my bank account and took the winnings back and some more money you end up losing no matter what complete scam scam scam...

To be fair that was just one bad experience out of many that were very prompt and issued the withdrawals fairly quick. Stress can lead to bad reactions.
