Booked in to have a Cyst removed on my neck, I had a procedure done like this before albeit many years ago via NHS, still a little apprehensive. No need to have been as the staff were very welcoming and the Clinic is a very clean & calm environment. After a short accessment by the surgical team the procedure was completed within an hour. They gave me all the information for post op care etc. I had this done on a Saturday morning which was great as did not impact on my work week.There was a little tenderness later in the day once anaesthetic wore off which they said is normal , took a couple of painkillers and now the next day it is fine. I am very happy with the complete experience and would not hesitate to use them again.

Very quick and efficient removal of a small lump on my face.

The clinic is very clean and has a calm atmosphere. All staff very friendly and helpful. The booking process is very easy. Dr Khalid Mahmood was very nice and spent time explaining the details of the procedure. The procedure was carried out as planned and I am very happy with the result. Aftercare instructions explained and given to me. I highly recommend.

Excellent service, lipoma lump removal on my neck. I was very nervous and the surgeon spoke throughout the procedure explaining what he was doing and when.

Competitively priced compared to a number of others I checked.
Did an online consult followed by an appointment for a same day procedure.
It longer to complete all the disclaimers and form filling than it did for the small procedure.
I was in and out within 45 minutes.
Everybody I dealt with pleasant and courteous.
The Dr and nurse who attended me were brilliant and I would have no qualms about going to them again or recommending them.

I had a mole removed from my cheek. I had the lovely Claire do my surgery. Claire was friendly and I felt totally at ease.
I had a shave excision which was painless and quick.
All I felt was a little sting when the local anaesthetic went in.
Recovery has been painless and smooth.

Great experience at the Aventus clinic - a friendly yet professional welcome by the reception staff, the clinic clearly has a high standard of cleanliness. The surgeon ensured that I understood what the procedure entailed, and regularly asked how I was doing. Aftercare was clearly explained too.

From my initial contact with Aventus Clinic to the day of my procedure and beyond I have been very pleased with the treatment I have received. All the staff are friendly and informative and Claire was very approachable and offered pre-procedure advice and post treatment advice as well. The clinic itself is bright and airy and clean. There is plenty of written instructions as to what to expect and what to do post-treatment. Two weeks on, I am very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend this clinic.

My time at the Aventus clinic in Hitchin ,was brilliant. Helpful staff. and the surgeon who did my minor op . was amazing , ,He put me at my ease ,and made sure I didn't feel any pain I recovered really quickly with no infection. ,and it has healed well I would thoroughly recommend this clinic ,I am very satisfied with the results .
