Dr Steven was direct to the point with my inquiry, heard my request and prescribed medicine immediately to help my rhinitis problem. He also booked me for a sleep test. This is my second time talking to him and I’m happy with the care ive got.

Fast, efficient medical support
I used AveeHealth for the first time when suffering from frozen shoulder and unable to get in to see a doctor or physio right away. The Dr who called was able to call in prescriptions for me within minutes, right to my preferred pharmacy. Amazing quick support, outside of a confined 9-3 time frame. The booking process was super easy and was referred to my by my pharmacy. Fantastic option in today's world where it is so often difficult to get in to services in a timely manner!!!

Was called on time, no waiting fir the call. Pleasant and thorough in questions and giving advice. Thoughtful.
Aug 26th. Went to pick up my prescription and it wasn't there. They checked all Shoppers drug marts in town, none recieved the prescription. Not happy.

Victoria has been in a difficult time…
Victoria has been in a difficult time with walk-in clinics needing to close over lock-down and then only other options were tells Health which was chronically over booked and urgent care which you have to call first thing in the morning and if youre lucky they'll book you a call for a non urgent thing. Im so relived we have this option. It was so fast, and the NP I had was very respectful and I felt well heard. I am recommending it to all my friends in Victoria.
