I take loan after completion of block…
I take loan after completion of block account for germany. No doubt i get student loan amount but after getting loan i can't transfer money one bank account to others. Beacuse bank or Avanse block my loan money and Avanse agents told me about submit documents which i think not important. Also i am now in Germany so it can't possible to submit all documents.

Female staff is preferred over male
Every process was good except the vkyc it started with a female staff she took the kyc nicely but there was a problem so we had to do it again but after her every male staff assigned was not good and was not paying attention at last one more female staff came and she took our vkyc nicely.
