Very unfair and poor service
The company claim to be based in Hampshire but goods come directly from China. When my parcel arrived, after 2 weeks, the packaged was extensively damaged with tears and rips. The product was a child seat for a bike and so the safety element was potentially affected. When asking for a refund they initially wouldn’t acknowledge this and asked me to take a store credit note with an extra 10 euros. After asking 3 times they provided an address in china and asked me to ship and cover all costs despite their policy stating otherwise. The company seem to not have the goods in stock and have it seems that the store in Hampshire is used as an address on the website alone. Very poor and misleading. As we speak they want more pictures of the item and seem not to care at all that if the item is faulty it could lead to serious harm - it was even suggested that I give it as a gift.
