I’ve purchased every low top version…
I’ve purchased every low top version they have made. Recently I finally made the jump to v3 and wow it’s by far the best training shoe I’ve used. I’ve used so many barefoot shoes (vivos) were my fav by these v3 are the best shoe I’ve used

I didn’t think it would be this big a difference
I used to be a notorious lift shoe kind of guy and didn’t think I had a very good reason to switch shoes… until my coach told me to give them a try and now I can’t go back. Best powerlifting shoe I’ve used (not even to glaze I get nothing for the review) but this is coming from a guy that didn’t expect much of a difference.
I personally love taking the soles out and wearing them like that. I love the flat bottom which keeps me stable in my squat and helps me grip for bench and deadlift. Even when I am at a gym with not the best flooring or platforms… these shoes allow me to make the most of the situations🙏🏼🫡💪🏻

Me enviaron un producto con errores de fabricación, escribí al correo de la empresa hace DÍAS y aún no obtengo respuesta, muy mal. La verdad me gustaría que me respondieran para darme una solución real, no recomiendo comprar aquí ya que pagas un producto caro, envío adicional que lo suben algunos días espontáneamente. Muy insatisfecha con el servicio
Respecto a su respuesta cuando me llegó tenía un rasguño, no hable en ningún momento del color, si pudiera adjuntaría foto.

Hola, nos gustaría aclarar esta situación para evitar confusión para otros clientes.
El pedido fue realizado correctamente en nuestro sitio web con el color seleccionado durante el proceso de compra, y el producto fue enviado exactamente como fue ordenado a la dirección proporcionada al momento del checkout.
Después de que el pedido ya había sido procesado y enviado desde nuestro almacén, recibimos un correo solicitando cambiar el color del producto. En ese momento le explicamos en varias ocasiones que, una vez que un pedido ya ha sido cumplido y enviado, no es posible modificarlo o interceptarlo.
Aun así, intentamos ayudar y fuimos más allá contactando tanto a DHL como a USPS para verificar si existía alguna forma de detener o devolver el paquete. Ambos transportistas confirmaron que no es posible una vez que el envío ya está en tránsito. La única opción disponible era que el paquete fuera rechazado y devuelto a nuestras instalaciones para poder procesar un intercambio.
También le explicamos que el cambio por el color deseado sigue disponible. Para realizarlo, simplemente es necesario que el paquete sea devuelto a nuestras instalaciones y con gusto podremos procesar el intercambio.
En ningún momento durante nuestra comunicación se reportó un defecto de fabricación. El pedido fue enviado exactamente como fue realizado en el sitio web y fue entregado correctamente a la dirección proporcionada al momento de la compra, la cual correspondía a un servicio de envío de terceros en Estados Unidos que el cliente utilizó para reenviar el paquete internacionalmente a su país.
Esta reseña de una estrella no refleja la situación completa ni el nivel de atención que brindamos. Nuestro equipo siempre intenta ayudar y encontrar soluciones para cada cliente dentro de las posibilidades del proceso logístico.

Unfortunately sizing for me was very off. I consistently wear a size 39 EU with major brands (asics, birkenstock, ecco, new balance), however the avancus EU 39 was too small for me. I exchanged for size EU 40 thinking this would work, but unfortunately the shoe felt exactly the same as the EU 39 so returning all together as unfortunately exchange/return process can be costly as customer is 100% responsible for shipping costs. I gave it a good try, but will be abandoning this brand all together.

Life expectancy
I’ve had a pair of Avancus since their launch. I’ve owned both the V1 and limited edition red, white and blue V3. I love the concept, design and feel of the shoe. My only point of feedback is that the closer you get to the one year mark the more they fall apart. My V1 started to come undone where the soul met the toes at the tip. I did wear them outside of the gym and chalked the wear and tear up to that, giving the benefit of the doubt. I continued to wear them until the limited edition V3 launched where I snagged a pair of those. I’m 7 months into these shoes and they’re already falling apart again. The souls of the shoe have cracked. The difference for me this time was I made a point to never wear them outside of the gym and I didn’t until the first time yesterday. I left my in between shoes in the locker and walked to the car with my avancus on to put my kids in the car and help my wife. It had rained the night before and immediately upon hitting some water my feet and socks started to get wet. That’s when noticed the cracks in the bottom of the shoe.
Solid product but they won’t last you past a year!

Great shoes with quality issues
First off, the v3s themselves are pretty great. Roomy toe box, very flat to the ground, good lateral support for sumo, and just have a nice fit. I have bought multiple pairs because of this.
However, after using two pairs for a few months, I’ve noticed in both of them that the adhesive connecting the outsole to the shoe starts to separate at the tip/toes. This is while only using the shoes for squats, deadlifts, and basic accessories (nothing that crunches the toes of the shoe), and normal storage/treatment when not in use.
Avancus’ customer service is top tier and has already provided me a replacement for one of these pairs, but it’s frustrating seeing in my other pair the same issue emerge considering I don’t want to have to keep buying or requesting replacements for these shoes. I will concede that functionally, even when the sole starts separating, you can probably keep using the shoes for some time without major issue but you’d like to have more trust in the shoes ability to hold under load without it worsening.
