Autobus autonoleggio Torino aeroporto
Attesa breve per il ritiro dell’auto e vicinanza del parcheggio all’ufficio hanno consentito di avere la macchina a disposizione in tempi brevi. L’auto era pulita ed in linea con la mia richiesta. Anche al rientro il controllo per il fine noleggio è avvenuto in tempi rapidi.

Refused to give the car... Ruined our travel
We reserved a car from them through booking.com. They had written down in a hidden place that 1 hour after the delivery time they consider it as no show-up. It wasn't even written in the voucher that they gave me. I arrived there 1.5 hour after the delivery time and they refused to give me the car. Assume you go with 3 children and they refuse giving you the car that you have paid the full price for it in advance. They completely ruined our travel.

As stated in our terms and conditions, which are available during the booking process, the car is considered a "no-show" if not picked up within one hour after the scheduled pick-up time. We regret that this was not clear at the time of booking and will work to improve the visibility of this information.

Disappointed with how the rental company (Autovia) handled the transaction when I collected the vehicle... European legislation requires banks to enforce strict card transaction rules for Pre-authorization of deposits. The rental desk ignored these rules and tried to process a 700 euro payment without adequate customer pin security. This breech led to my bank refusing the payment and left me with no choice but to buy additional insurance so I didn't need to have a security deposit for rental. Very convenient for the Autovia some might say as additional premium was required, i wonder how often this happens. Discovercars.com have all these facts and still sided with "Autovia" which makes me question their integrity as knowingly letting companies flaunt regulation doesn't instill confidence when the inevitable goes wrong. Both companies have been reported to the relevant authorities for investigation both for card payment violations and unfair business practices. Be very wary of Autovia

We are deeply sorry that you have formed such an opinion. You should know that there has been no violation and that pre-authorization transactions are absolutely allowed by rental agencies and are due by customers who rent cars. We understand that you have had a problem with your credit card and this can happen when you do not report a trip outside your country and you make requests for large amounts such as the security deposit. We remind you that the deposit amount is also reported during the booking phase. We also want to emphasize that Autovia and Discovercars protect their customers individually and as partners.
Huren zonder zorgen en zonder creditcard.
Was voor ons bijna de enige mogelijkheid een auto te huren. Hier kon dat zonder creditkaart. Super fijn geholpen fijne auto gehuurd voor 1 week in Italië.

Allora premetto che era la prima volta che siamo venuti a Torino in aereo, cmq ho noleggiato con la mia compagnia aerea su questa piattaforma online, inizialmente il servizio è stato impeccabile ma al momento dell'arrivo all'aeroporto di caselle la signorina a dir poco scontrosa x nn usare altri termini ci ha detto che il servizio acquistato con carta postpay al momento dell'ritiro nn era più valida perché accettano solo bancomat va bene mio marito esce la carta di credito la signora nn accetta la carta XChé secondo lei i numeri nn erano sopraelevato, assurdo. Consiglio la compagnia srs ottimi ragazza servizio eccellente.

Siamo spiacenti che in fase di prenotazione non abbiate visionato il dettaglio dei requisiti di accesso al noleggio. La carta di credito è il requisito fondamentale per poter garantire eventuali danni o il furto del veicolo. E' altrettanto fondamentale che la carta di credito sia intestata all'intestatario della prenotazione. Non ci è proprio possibile cercare una soluzione in assenza di questi requisiti. In tutti gli altri casi siamo ben felici di andare incontro ai nostri clienti.
