When tracking shows “label created,” it usually means the shipment has been processed and a label has been generated, but the carrier has not yet completed the first physical scan. That first scan is what triggers movement updates, and until then it can appear as if the package has not shipped.

Brake rotor and pad kits are commonly sent in separate parcels due to weight and packaging limits. Even when shipped at the same time, carriers may deliver them on different days.
