***** Five Stars *****
All of the employees were extremely helpful working logistical issues related to shipping, pickup, delivery, offload and scheduling. This made a pleasant transaction out of a potential headache. Thank you for great attention to customer needs following the purchase! We look forward to more purchases in the future.

Great company to deal with and great prices to boot—Thanks Mario.

Excellent service. I purchased multiple machines and service on phone and quickness on delivery was excellent

Was in the market for a new scanner tool. I've had snap on scanners since I started the trade 30 years ago. So far very happy with my decision to purchase the Autel Maxis ultra. No one came close to the price or the service offered by Automotive Equipment Specialist. They were very professional and the Shipping time was amazing. I will definitely be using them again.

Fast delivery. Everything arrived as ordered.

SECOND ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR.NO PROBLEMS AT ALL AND REALLY FAST SHIPPING

Great people Mario is the man he got both my orders of scan tools out I think faster than Amazon prime that means alot when you have a pile of cars and trucks that need them BAD great company

I purchased a mobile lift from these guys and they forgot to add extenders to my lift and I also had a bunch of missing hardware. I financed the equipment through a bank and the deal was finalized now because they failed to add my equipment to my order I had to come out of pocket for my equipment that was missing on top of that these guys are selling these lifts with air locks they gave me the air lines with no coupling so guess what what when I put the lift in the air I couldn't release it to come down with a loaded car. I had to special order this part through amazon clearly this guys think Im iron man and can just push the thing down they need to get in contact with there assembly line and engineers to fix this problem they are setting up the customer up for failure. They also claim its 110 volts to power the unit with 20amps of that is incorrect it needs a higher load of power. These guys clearly need to get there ducks in a row.

Perfect product good shipping time thank you so much I will buy again

Great Experience Dealing with Automotive Equipment Specialists, they called me to verify my tool request , to save any hassle that could have come about. They shipped the product quickly, and BEST PART WAS THE GREAT PRICE. THANKS A.E.S

Great company! Great service Mario was very helpful when I called inquiring about the Autel Maxisys ultra and help my decision to buy it from here. Great price fast shipping everything arrived as described it works great thank you!

Super fast shipping... ++++haven't even have time to register the tool yet..but great so far

They provide great pricing, fast shipment, (had the items in 3 days with free shipping), and great customer service. Had questions about the items I purchased, called the office and the sale rep answered the questions he could and then provided me with contact info to the manufacturer to help me get the rest of my questions answered. To me, being honest and not trying to sales pitch me around my questions is great customer service and very rare these days.

The best price in USA in my MS919 Pro Autel

Bri was very helpful in answering questions and returning calls.Communications with tracking updates was unbelievable. I picked up my Tuxedo 4 post lift at a local trucking terminal. It was crated exceptionally well. The lift was literally flawless, no dirt, no marks absolutley no damage. It was a pleasure doing business with your company.
