Este es el peor lugar que puedas elejir para comprar, alejate de ellos estarás en problemas con tu maquina o con lo que tu compras sera peor si lo sacas financiado cuando abres tu producto y esta defectuoso o dañado le llamas a ellos para que te ayuden ellos dicen que no es problema de ellos porque es del banco porque el banco pagaron lo que tu compraste y tu llamas al banco te manifiestan que tienes que llamarle al vendedor trate de enviarla de regreso sin importar pagar el impuesto o el cobro por retornar la maquina pero no quiseron recibír la maquina 13 dias después de que ellos la enviaron hable tantas veces sin que pudieran ayudar llame a la compañía de cps sobre la garantía ellos pudierona ayudarme 1 mes después ya que no habia técnico cuando llego el tecnico dijo que la maquina estaba mala necesitaba llamar al.vendedor el vendedor nunca respondió y gracias al técnico ellos pudieron reparar la maquina por parte de la compañía pero si no hay garantía 9 mil dolares hubiera tirado a la basura el vendedor lo unico que manifesto que el ya tenia el dinero en su bolsa ellos no reciben maquinas de regreso que era propiedad del banco porque ellos la habian pagado espero sirva mi comentario y puedan alejarse de esta compañía o busca otro lugar mejor para que no vayan a perder su dinero en estos tiempos cuesta mucho ganar el dinero. Si alguien sabe donde yo poder poner una queja formal haganmelo saber gracias bendiciones a todos

Ordered a bendpak lift. Service was great! Was quickly contacted by Vanessa, a representative ensuring my location could receive the lift without issue. She had great communication and ensured a great delivery!

Do not buy!!!
Bought a robin air ac machine. Came incomplete. Waited a month for the parts while getting the runaround. Parts arrived and machine wouldn’t charge properly. Still can’t use it and they won’t take it back. I am currently out $4000

Hi Josh,
As we have mentioned before, we have been working with you to try and get this machine up and running. I opened up a ticket on May 15th and you received the missing parts on May 23rd. That is 6 business days since the phone call I received from you. We were able to get the missing parts rather quickly, so you know we were working diligently to get you what you need. As for returning the machine, it is extremely difficult to make a return once you have thrown out all of the packaging it came in and used the machine. A Robinair technician is supposed to go and put these parts into your machine to ensure it is working but you did it yourself, which now complicated everything even more. We are on your side, as we are with all of our customers, but we need you to work with us and let Robinair do their part to make sure you have a working machine. Your money has been returned to you and you still have the machine, but continue to not cooperate with us.

I placed an order online and was called within the hour to confirm the order. Pricing was fair considering recent inflation. Notified of shipping and delivery dates in advance. Saved about 10% vs buying from BendPak.

Don’t buy from this people they don’t do what they say.
I purchased this 2 machines on December ask the sale man Alex do you think it be here before end of the year he say yes I think so ok machine don't show up call them because they never communicate with me about it they were fast taking my money I had to call them to get update on the 1/3/2035 where my machine Alex say they be on your way on the 1/13/2025 now 1/14/2025 had to call them again has my machine been ship we don't know how you don't know if we pay you for this machine keep people updated if you want to wait almost a month a half for your machine go buy them but as a store owner this makes me loose money second and last time buying from this people they keep blaming on coats but call them up everyday and keep customer inform I sell tires when my product doesn't show for my customer I call my distributor everyday if it needed to because I pay my bills from customers. so be aware

As we have tried explaining to you over and over again, we are not responsible for delays in shipments for equipment. In this case, the manufacturer was not only closed for the Holidays, but was also closed for an additional 2 weeks due to inventory purposes within their company. They are now working on processing orders that all companies have placed with them within the last month. This is out of our control since we are not them. We understand your frustration completely, as we are also annoyed that this is happening. We are on your side, but there is not much we can do if they have delays/backorders/etc. The estimated time frame we give a customer is based on previous orders made for that equipment, but you have to keep in mind that you placed this order on 12/17. This is around the time the manufacturer was closed for inventory and then the holidays came up. We will never guarantee a delivery date to a customer. This one-star review is not a reflection on our company and the work we are doing to get this equipment out to you. If you wanted to leave a one-star review, it would be towards the manufacturer for these delays. As you can see our other reviews, we work diligently every day to ensure our customers receive their equipment. You are a returning customer, so you know we work hard on getting your equipment to you as fast as possible. Fortunately, during your 1st purchase, it was not a Holiday month, so it was shipped within a week. We are on your side.
