Auto Logistic Solutions Ltd Anmeldelser

I was happy with the way all the prospects went well

Auto Logistics, took on my claim. I had a hired car within 24 hours, and completed every step of the way with complete ease.

A company with an excellent service . All staff were very helpful, we have been provided with a brand new courtesy car straight away and as practicable as possible.
Accident free hussle. The repairers , Mega Crash Repairs have delivered an immaculate repair . I would recommend both to anybody, any day .

Stuart who fitted my sensors for my T cross was very efficient & easy to talk to. Didn’t mind showing me his ID as I have recently been scammed so was very wary. Explained everything when job was done, I was really satisfied.

Absolutely amazing and professional. I was provided with a vehicle the next day and mine was sorted in a good time frame .Thank you ALS

Had an unfortunate accident, ALS handled everything and took the stress away sent me a replacement car very quick . Would highly recommend there services Hayley Briggs claim handler provided excellent customer Service..

After a little bump in the car, we used Auto Logistics through the non-fault claims with our local bodyshop. Everything was easy to do and we were kept in the loop throughout. We were given solicitors to contact and also a courtesy vehicle whilst we waited on our car. Every colleague we dealt with was patient and understanding and treated us well.
Thanks!

I have never had to deal with a non fault accident to a vehicle and was a bit stressed.
Dealing with Auto Logistic Solutions and Scott Gibson Bodyshop was excellent.Staff were friendly so helpful with calls/emails arranging courtesy car throughout the process.
First Class Customer Service.
Thank You

Great service, punctual, responsible , would highly recommend!

Very good and quick contact. The car was quickly repaired after the accident. I am satisfied. 5 stars for me

Somebody crashed into the back of me a few weeks ago and wrote my car off, and somebody gave me the number of Auto Logistic Solutions. I was so busy at work and also needed a car for my commute, and ALS sorted me out with a courtesy car the next day so I didn't miss a day of work. Over the next couple of weeks, ALS had helped me get a valuation for my old car and get payment off the third party's insurance company, meaning I didn't really have to do anything which was great for me as I didn't really have the time during the day to do it myself.

The whole process was very smooth, prompt and taken care of brilliantly.

I was super impressed with the communication, efficiency and that every member of staff I spoke to came cross empathic and kind. I would highly recommend this company.

Friendly customer service and truly took the stress out of dealing with a non-fault accident. Everything was completed in a timely manner and communicated clearly throughout the process. I was provided a premium car throughout the claim process.

Initially prompt and professional however this didn't last long unfortunately!
I chose the body shop that I knew and only needed a courtesy car sorted however someones mis communication led to total confusion and unnecessary stress as the hire car people were instructed to also carry out repairs!!!
Eventually it was ironed out!
The communication falls off a cliff as the days pass.....so your left not knowing what is happening.
Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend auto logistic solutions!
Since she drove into my car and wrecked 2 doors my driver's seat is creaking....I reported it but nothing was done!!
Not all damage is visible btw....so now I'm stuck with it.....cheers als I hope you got paid well out of my claim!

5* highly recommended so pleased I was recommended this company after a non fault accident - every process has been easy, staff are friendly and understanding and nothing has been too much in helping me and my family Thankyou so much ALS team

From the moment I reported my accident to this company, I felt as if arms had reached out to hug me and to tell me they would take care of everything and I had nothing to worry about. This company and the service they offer is PHENOMENAL! I was so completely looked after, I knew who I would be speaking to, I knew what would happen and when, everything was arranged for me and all I had to do was give them some information and sign a few forms. A replacement car was delivered to me the next day, they arranged for my damaged vehicle to be taken away, and every time I phoned, the staff were always so extremely helpful and friendly. I knew I was in competent hands and to have such a service take care of me at what could be a very stressful time was invaluable. I cannot recommend this company and its staff highly enough.

Excellent service. No issues and I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Fantastic service from start to finish hire car was just what I needed the repair was faultless and the communication through the process was great, would recommend them to my family and friends

I was throughly impressed with the customer service I recieved from all areas of the business. I've heard horror stories about other companies from friends and family and dreaded the propect.

They were efficient, empathetic, and went above and beyond. Getting a result when a scrupulous driver said they were not involved.

I would recommend this company to anyone.

I'm not normally one fot leaving feedback but the customer service merited it.

Fabulous company A1 service I didn’t have to do anything all sorted for me. Great company.
