I am very happy to say that i jave received wonderful service from CHARLES COLLINS from this company which i really appreciate because he has been very helpful and supportive and calmly handled evrything . I got very nice courtsy car .he has been giving quick response whenever i needed his help at anyy time. Very active staff and i would say i got exceptional service from him .

Wonderful staff like CHARLES COLLINS
My experience with this company is excellent especially because of Charles Collins as he has been extremely supportive in each and every step of the process .He provided me courtesy car which was fabulous and was very polite . Because of the staff members like Charlie , I am gonna highly recommend this company to everyone . The service was exceptional. Thank you very much .

Great service
To be honest I was nervous going through with this option, and I did contact every few days for an update as wanted to know what was happening, I did have my doubts. They gave us a courtesy car straight away and they got the job done and my car returned as promised - they are still dealing with the claim but have returned my car and have said that they will sort everything else.

Reassuring, efficient, outstanding
I honestly didn’t think a company like Auto Logistic Solutions actually existed — it sounded too good to be true. I didn’t have full comprehensive insurance after my accident and assumed I’d be completely stuck, but this team were incredible from the start. Charles was always just a phone call away with regular updates and made the whole process so much quicker and less stressful than I ever expected. Sydney was so efficient taking all the details and making sure she explained the process so I understood every step. Everything was handled excellently and with no hassle. I genuinely couldn’t recommend them enough.

My car was damaged whilst parked
I spoke to Auto Logistic Solutions Ltd who took away all the hassle from myself having to claim on my own insurance and claimed everything from the other parties insurance company. From start to finish the service was second to none. Delivering me a replacement vehicle while my vehicle was in for repair, to the repairing garage picking up and dropping off my vehicle.I would just like to thank Cheryl and all the staff for their help. From the word go as a new customer, the reception was great and update at every stage was given. Mint and comfortable courtesy card quality services in recovery or damaged cars. Great Claims Management Company
My son had a simple no-fault claim (the other student party drove into his parked car at college and accepted fault straight away). Sonos referred us to ALS and the claim was quickly put into motion. I like the fact that most information could be done by email and not bombarded by calls during work. They quickly sorted out car hire (Enterprise, were great) and assigned an vehicle inspector quickly. After agreeing payout, payment was quickly sent and hire car returned with no issues. Great company and easy to use.

Thank you for your review, the contents have been noted.
When hiring one of our vehicles we make it clear to each customer that should any PCN’s be incurred that the costs for these will ultimately be passed on to the driver. We do this by way of multiple notifications and reminders to always register the vehicles for any permits you might have and to always pay for parking.
Not only do we do this to ensure that we don’t have to send a customer an unwanted bill but also because dealing with each PCN is a time consuming process, time which could be better spent providing a better service to our customers.
Unfortunately we have no control over how long it takes for the PCN to reach us and therefore have no control over when we inform our customers. I appreciate that this has taken some time to reach you as the charge was incurred in December 2024, however it unfortunately does not render the charge unpayable.
I would like to confirm that we made payment for the PCN as soon as it was received in order to ensure that the costs did not increase and therefore passed the costs for this on to you, the hirer.
Lastly, I assume that due to the length of time since you used our services, and seeing no previous negative review, that you were happy with the services that we as a company provided to you in your time of need following an accident. It would therefore seem that the only negative experience is the delay it took for us to receive a PCN which you incurred, something that is out of our control. I therefore don’t think it is fair to provide such a negative review of our companies services based solely on your own actions.

Got a hire car within days of the accident was kept up to date with the full process.got fully paid out in under 2 weeks
This company took away all the stress and hassle with dealing with insurance companies.i would fully recommend this company,and won't hesitate in using them again.

20th August 2025 – Initial details of claim sent to ALS
20th August 2025 – initial call made to client and case opened
21st August 2025 – Further details and documents requested to allow us to proceed including policy schedule to determine if other vehicles were available to you and V5
22nd August 2025 – Further details and documents chased to allow us to proceed
22nd August 2025 – Video of damage received. Clarification of damage requested, as being a garage owner, TPI may have expected that you would have the knowledge to perform temporary repairs under your duty to mitigate
22nd August 2025 – chased policy schedule to determine if other vehicles were available to you, V5 and images of vehicle that hit you
25th August 2025 – Chasing you for images of vehicle that hit you
26th August 2025 – You were notified that your file of papers was closed due to the fact that it had been 7 days post accident, we were still chasing information from you to which you were not responding and we had previously closed a case with you in 2024 for your failing to provide requested information.
We are sorry that you are upset with this outcome but would hope that in light of the full information and the extensive efforts made by ourselves as outlined above, that you can understand our decision.
