Auto Finance Online Anmeldelser

Excellent service and superb support from Nick.

Tim (and Dan in support) at Auto Finance were very clear and helpful throughout the process. They kept me up-to-date with emails and calls so that I was always aware of how things were progressing. Replies to my questions were prompt and succinct. Excellent service!

Nick was extremely friendly yet professional from the start. He informed me at each step. When Nick was unavailable other team members where as helpful and professional (sorry I didn’t catch the names)

I had a positive experience with this company.
The staff were friendly and helpful, communication was clear, and everything was handled professionally. Overall, I appreciated the good service and would be happy to recommend the company.

I recently used Auto Finance Online to arrange finance for a new caravan I bought through Highbridge Caravan Centre. The whole process was smooth and quick — I heard back from them really fast, which made a big difference compared to waiting around.

Dean looked after me throughout and was genuinely helpful at every step, answering my questions and keeping things moving. What really stood out was that they beat the APR the dealer's own recommended lender had offered me, so I ended up saving money as well as getting great service.

Would definitely recommend them if you're looking to finance a vehicle or caravan — highly professional and worth getting a quote from before you commit to a dealer's in-house finance option.

Dan Bates (not me 😂) was brilliant from start to finish.
Couldn’t thank him enough, credit to the firm.
He couldn’t have been more helpful if he tried! Kept me updated all the time while at the same time just cracking on with it.

Great company, moved quickly in order to secure my caravan.

This became a very difficult transaction, but I will give Dean his fair due, he kept in contact with me throughout and kept me up to date all through sorting the paperwork and the problems that had arisen.
